darkmikasonfire now that's dope....... that is really really dope. I've never even considered that at any point in my life but damnn that's cool.

I don't remember where it was explained but her power was explained and that was it, she manipulations probability to be in her favor naturally. Because of this, she's nearly unkillable and can do damn near anything she wants. You have to have a 100% surefire way to kill her to do it, which is impossible because there's hundreds of variables that go into it somewhere in there her powers will fuck it over completely. I mean have a gun put to her head, misfire, clogged gun, jamming, backfire. Tying her up and either drowning or tossing her into a volcano, rope can come loose or break which gives her a chance at survival which means she will 100% survive lol. Her power is actually one of the most powerful ones there is. if there's a chance you'll miss hitting her it'll miss, if there's a chance she'll hit you she will. She is almost as stupidly overpowered as deadpool himself.

darkmikasonfire based on that I think the only way to guarantee her death is to drown her in the ocean. I can't think of anything else because it is as you said there are hundreds of variables in which something can go wrong. Overpowering her and drowning. That's it.

overpowering her? good luck with that lol. there's a chance you could slip releasing her, that she might just slip out of your grip, that you might sprain something, etc. But let's say you do, there's a chance any chain or rope you put on her so she can be weighted down into the ocean to be drowned will come loose or break, same for concrete, so you drop her in, it would just break, and at that moment she'd have a small chances to survive so she'd survive no matter what. Honestly her power isn't even used to 1/1,000,000th of what it could be. The only even remotely possible way to deal with her is to take her to space eject all escape pods, and blow the whole thing up with yourself inside along with her with NO space suits, I but she'd have to willfully go along with it to get onto the space ship/station in the first place because her power would prevent you from getting her there if she didn't want to go there. Her power actually pisses me off a little bit because it's just so stupid you can't do anything to her unless she wants it done, effectively she's a god she's a mortal god, and that's some bullshit. However the case of her only using a tiniest fraction of her power in anything is common among mutants and mutates in the x-men multiverse and expanded bits of universal tie-ins. None of them ever user their powers to the fullest really because no badguy would survive if they did making it a fairly dull comic/tv show/movie. For instance Storm she can sink everything under hundreds of feet of water if she wanted, she can cause earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, world wide tsunamis, etc, but what do you see her do, make storm clouds to hit people with lightning and occasionally a tornado. There's only a couple of them that use their powers to the fullest that they're actively able to and all of have damn near completely useless powers.

her mutant power is probability altering to be in her favor, which displays as luck. Luck is based on chance, she's using a skill which takes away the chance.

The issue that the serious comic fans have is the changing of a major character's ethnicity, not some minor thing like Ryan Reynolds making fun of himself. It's true that the mcu films have taken some liberties when it comes to a character's colour. They've also been extremely lucky in that their choices have worked out tremendously and have been widely accepted by film fans. If you're unaware- comic fans are known to be hardcore sticklers for canon, so a surprise race chage could be upsetting to them.
