It's why I love even more Arrow! Stephen Amell is so passionate about the serie and interact with the fans, it's really awesome! We can see he loves this show, not only the money coming with.

Well, Stephen does actually have a stunt double, he just seems to be dedicated to making that man's job as easy as he possibly can. He does the stunts whenever possible, but I've heard him say he's just not allowed to do anything too dangerous, particularly anything involving glass.

To be able to do what he is doing you need serious workout, he is in amazing shape, even though it looks like little kid running around like you said this is very hard! ;)
Dedication right there! Basically you ARE Arrow. Like it when actors beef themselves up for certain roles but they often can't do what their characters do.. so this is really cool and special.
Stephen you are truly amazing. I love what you do for Arrow and care about your fan. I don't see other celeb who interact with fan like you. Keep up a great work on Arrow and cant wait to for season 3. You are a real life superhero.
Damien Walters 2014 parkour montage. it's like this Superhero Workout but 10x better. Supermans workout if he was on aerobic steroids. He truly is the most complete parkour man in the world.
It's rare to see someone learn the acrobatics and the parkour as well as the fighting! That's just freakin' awesome. Nice wallflip for that photoshoot too! What other tricks and flips can you do? You should make a sampler. =)
Okay so I've watched Arrow since it came out (I was 5, that explains a lot about me) and I've been looking for good workouts since I'm super into fitness. Just curious, where did you do all this training/does anyone have any ideas about how to recreate this at home?
Make vlogs please, atleast 2 maybe 3 times a week take us on a journey of what you daily life is. + - 10 mins a video should be easy. Youll need to edit abit though thats the only down side but we amellians would love it !! :D
I just commented on another video like this one he posted!! I feel that he would be amazing on american ninja warrior! He could definitely get past the qualifiers and he even has a warped wall to practice on 😂
