This show is great at misdirections & taking the harder routes in story telling. It could be so easy to drag out every issue/drama for a season but it gets resolved in the episode itself.

The vulnerability of Clark in this episode is awesome. It shows that this show really gets the character in a special way. Yes he's one of the most powerful beings in existence but that doesn't mean he is without weakness and is invincible. I love this episode completely

I really hated that Lana made it seem like it was okay that Sarah cheated and made it seem like Jordan is the bad guy and wouldn’t deserve her if he doesn’t forgive her for cheating like no you need to teach your daughter that cheating is bad

This show has been able to handle stuff like this better than other CW shows so far, but I'm happy to know I'm not the only one who feels weirdly about this story choice. I have enough faith in this show and have seen on multiple occasions that they were able to change my perception of something I initially disliked, so I hope they'll be able to make it work eventually

Making Jordan the bad guy and apologizing for her cheating, no matter the gender of the other person, is absolutely disgusting. "Cheating is okay because i was exploring and I'm not apologizing, deal with it" is the worst message.

This is the episode really that surprises everyone. Complete left turn which I didn't see coming when I saw it the first time. I love how they paid homage to the look of the character from Dan Jurgens and Mike Carlin's run from the 1993 storyline but at the same time taking another storyline "Superman: Doomed" kind of creating an amalgamation between both storylines. The 3 words he says when fighting Superman is "Leave me Alone" and the final scene at the Fortress of Solitude he says "Home". Bizarro is of course the opposite of Superman and his dialogue is all reversed.

Do you think that the x- kryptonite will suppress or destroy Jon’s human side and increase his kryptonian side? Thus making him closer to a full kryptonian without a vulnerability to green kryptonite? I’m thinking that either one dose is going to lead to a chain reaction overtime or small doses will build up to a change- kind of like chemotherapy treatment. 🤔 🤷🏽‍♀️

So fun fact the reason you can’t understand Bizarro is because he’s speaking backwards so what he actually says to Clark when they are fighting is “Leave Me Alone” in reverse and then at the end when he shows up to the fortress of solitude he says “Home” in reverse

As much as I love Peacemaker Superman & Lois is easily the best DC show followed by Stargirl, Doom patrol then Peacemaker. This show has comedy, drama & THE ABSOLUTE BEST interpretation of Lois & Clark. Even the drama created in the previous episode is resolved here.

They are kids and he’s way too intense for a relationship that maybe has existed for a year. His dad had to talk him down from asking her to marry him, that’s not real but it’s real to him. She kissed someone, her and Jordan weren’t talking about love went she left for camp, there were no commitments made, it’s Lana’s kid. She’s not going to punish her kid for figuring out who she is and what she wants, I see a lot of people acting like she killed someone, she made a mistake, show me a kid that doesn’t make mistakes. Jordan brought the gift because of his guilt, he’s been lying to Sarah from day one so he’s no saint either or free from guilt here.

Love this series. Only problem with this specific episode was that it seemed like they let Sarah off the hook a little too easy for what was technically cheating. I get it was a slightly different scenario but I think if the roles were reverse it might have been a bit different

So good. This episode was intense. Can't wait to see this shows take on Bizarro and also how the cult links in. Pretty sure the cult has a link as she was talking about 'inverse' theory and finding your other self, it's too co-incidental not to link to Bizarro. Well Tyler will be busy playing the hero and villain, at least for the first half of the season! I also wonder if we're getting a bit of a misdirect with Jon and the X-K, he might be trying to do a 'Lois' and be trying to figure out the main source of distribution. Will be great to see Nat working with her dad on the suit. I think the teens from the school are not going to fair too well this season :( Looking forward to seeing where this season goes.

@@gustavoclarindo101 Exactly Inverse "something that is the opposite or reverse of something else" - It can't be a coincidence. I've a feeling that the cult leader will turn out to be the bigger antagonist this season. I think it's the same formula as season 1. Lois started with Morgan Edge as her antagonist, Clark with 'The Stranger', ep 7 we realised that this was steel who was not an antagonist and the antagonist & major threat for everyone was Edge. Season 2 I think Bizarro will be pretty much dealt with by ep 7 and then there will be a reveal about the cult leader and she will become the main antagonist for the season. Or the writers are truly evil and giving us another misdirect with this "Inverse Theory" :D

So, someone on another page was able to reverse what Bizarro said. When he was fighting Superman he said, "Leave me alone." When he arrived at the old fortress of solitude he said, "Home." I'm VERY glad it's Bizarro and not Doomsday. Tired of Lex, Brainiac, or Doomsday being used over and over as Superman's villain (although...it is likely he is the person behind the mine and bringing Bizarro here.) Looking forward to seeing their take on Bizarro, how he came to be, how he came to be on Earth, and what can be done with him (he can be sympathetic.) Thanx! ~Be Blessed

Nice work you guys, loved your thoughts, This episode was a good episode on its own but also sets up an interesting storyline for the future episodes, that's more than enough, I was worried about doomsday and how they were going to portray him(his story and his appearance) so I'm kind of relieved, I have hopes for bizzaro, they can do him justice, just worried about Johnathan, I hope they won't go the wrong path with him, great video and cool reaction as always 👍

Sarah kissed someone else. Girl or not, why is Jordan being made to look as the bad guy in this situation? “hen Lana has to go "He doesn’t deserve you”, stfu she cheated on him. He has every right to be upset. Now he needs to show she cares and do romantic gestures when he did nothing wrong in the first place. I really like this show but am really annoyed with this plot so far.

I don't think he was meant to be the bad guy. Are we forgetting that Jordan also kissed Sarah when she was in a relationship? And maybe he didn't knew about it, but we don't know if the girl knee about Jordan. Sarah choose to tell him because keeping it a secret was hurting their relationship and she was ready to accept if Jordan was going to break up with her or not. Jordan clearly didn't want to do it. The others didn't make him the bad guy just made him put things in perspective. Sarah came clean. The ball was on his court.

Lana and the "cult" story is interesting considering the whole Nexium/Smallville connection. I wonder if the creators decided to produce this storyline because of that? Lana's sister's cult is a completely different type of cult than Nexium, but it's a cult nonetheless and it's being included on a show featuring Lana and Clark. I hope people find it appropriate to broach this subject on a "Superman" show, and not exploitative of the Nexium survivors. ~Be Blessed

This Bizarro isn’t a clone, least I don’t think so. The person running the dig at the mine said something came through, it is either a left over from Crisis or it came out of the Phantom Zone. The necklace he’s wearing looks like the Phantom Zone from the original Superman movie inside some sort of necklace, either way I don’t think he’s from this earth originally.

I really like that they tricked us into thinking Doomsday was the thing in the cave. Doomsday wouldn’t have made sense at this point in the show. Bizarro makes a lot of sense in the way they like to tell their stories. And can’t wait to see a very nuanced version of Bizarro.

I like how while there is misdirection that they also have something familiar. Like if Allie is just a gender flipped character then she is likely the real big bad. Bizarro I think might be like Frankenstein monster, he will be more sad. And also, that for a bit we will have to rewind his speech to understand him (apparently it was first, Leave me alone to Clark and Home in the fortress).

Everyone made Sarah the victim. And he ended up apologizing. Her finding herself and exploring is fine, but not while in a relationship. If he kisses someone, it wouldn't be okay. And comparing the secrets is different. Her secret affects them. His outs his dad too. Even when Jordan showed up Sarah talking about " you sure you're not going to run away scared this time" and then him saying her dad was intense with what he said is ridiculous. Since season 1 they've been the one thing I didn't like. He constantly has to go out his way apologizing, kissing up, winning her over, waiting and she gets to just do what she want. Hell she the one who decided they were in a relationship only to cheat and never apologize and rewarded for not apologizing.

One interesting theory that I heard was that the cult lady is actually Granny Goodness is disguise. While I know it is unlikely, with this show, you never know with this show! I would love it if it were true, because that means that Darkseid will be arriving soon!!!!!!

Possible Spoiler: Another prominent theory is that she's actually a version of Parasite. "Alexandra Allston" is a female version of Parasite from the comics. She's likely been nicknamed Ally to throw off suspicion and parody Allison Mack.

I want to hear peoples opinions: what version is the best version of Superman? Is this it? Maybe it’s one of the animated Superman? Or one of the original live action movies? Thoughts, opinions? I’m conflicted, but I think this might be the best iteration of Superman.

Though I really wanted to see Doomsday, I'm glad the show is going with Bizarro. Cause I always thought he could be a really scary villain, like Superman without morals.

when talking with Alex, Natalie and Jonathan were wrong, its not about the secret its about that she kissed with son1 else and that's a red flag and it means ur relationship is over Also when Sarah returned she had that grin like she still had that kiss in her mind and made her happy (also when he explained to Alex she said it just happened, ye it just happens when ur Dev feelings for that person, if some1 would have kissed him out of the blue it would be different story, but if it just happened it was mutual and meant something, she is in denial), first i thought it was weird like she found a mew BF but i was wrong but it is still bad, w8 until the girl Sarah kissed with shows up, then their relationship becomes history, cause that's how it starts, kiss then confusion and when u get distance from the one u kissed with and think u never see that person again ur feeling for that new person die down more so when u get back and see ur current partner again, but if that person u kissed with shows up in to ur life ur current relationship falls apart, if she shows up there in future and it makes him jealous then hes jealousy is totally justified cause he can't trust her being around the person she kissed with when it just happened as she said, i have seen enough ppl so say if this happens to u and ur partner says it just happens but it didn't mean anything its a huge red flag and mite be better to end it before ur heart gets broken later on its about all the circumstance and her reaction it makes it all clear that if that camp girls shows up their relationship will be over soon

Ok ok ok,.. sorry bro I gave you guys a bad review, but honestly you are doing a great job. Giant Superman fan myself, and I just started the series... Like any other Superman series I watched and I've seen every one of them even the off-brand ones. But you too like Facebook has planted exactly what I did not want to see on the front page... Good old spoilers. Once again sorry about the bad review it's not Charles fault hell I don't even RU-vid Superman s*** so I don't know how I got put on my page just a little irritated with RU-vid for spoiling that for me.

Do we think the writers are having a little fiction meets reality moment? Being that someone who played a character on Smallville also named Allison rerouted women into the NXIM cult? If that's the inspo that's pretty Metta. Also, I think we need to remember that Natalie still has Lois DNA, which means she's a badass like her mom on her other earth. I bet we're going to see more similarities of strength between Lois and Nat, they both share trauma of losing a parent and having to raise themselves and survive. And, is Jordan not playing football anymore? did I miss something from season 1?
