He seemed to be the only man had a real purpose in life and was a superb advocate for spinal injuries. Miss him. Yes, he was always my favorite man for Superman. I wsa a teenager and in my early twenties when I watched him. I even got the second movie, because it had so many plots. That one should of won some awards for it.
I dont think any other actor will ever come close to Christopher reeve in this role and nobody has yet, most perfect casting in movie history, fair enough the films are ropey in places but Christopher Reeves performance is truly stunning, he is Superman!!!Best theme tune in movie history aswell!
I was 6 years old when my parents took me to see SUPERMAN THE MOVIE in 1978. Now I'm 50 years old, and I still remember that feeling. I own the movie, and every time I watch it, I feel like I'm 6 years old again.
