I got the job! Thank you for your videos ! The interview was short and consisted of the employer asking me about 5 different questions all around the topic of experiences of customer service! Not the easiest
Jiang Mandy yes they were a little similar , there were no questions about strengths or weaknesses and nothing like why do you want to work here , just questions to do with customer scenarios that you have experienced

Juts got through the on line assessment and interview at Morrisons - not too tricky. Start training Saturday I used to be on big bucks but covid kicked that into touch! If you get an interview just put yourself in the customers position and remember team work, customer support is key.

This is worth watching, very detailed example answers and helps you prepare for the interview, which gave me a lot of confidence for when I went for the interview. @@britneysam3011 Hi Britney, just saw your message. The interview involves just asking you questions about situations. I used the STAR technique for the questions which what this video recommended, e.g. answering a customer complaint. The key to it is to sound really enthusiastic. The main thing also is to really research the company so you sound interested . They will also ask you your availability if interested, so its a good idea preparing for that. This will really pay off, trust me :) Hope the interview goes well, good luck! :)

Though i came here for afvise, i realise, that i've followed you long enough to know what i do...i've pretty much run down these routes which you've been giving in this video already. But that's be cause you've somehow "installed a specific Coding" in my head about how to approach all sorts of job titles. I realise you've helped my brain train to think more about what does the specific company need, how can I improve their sustainability and what can i offer them that reduces the risk factor of hiring me specific. Aswell as how to use those few holden nuggets to make them remember me vs the stack of cv's on the desk. I practised a lot of your stuff on friends and family, aswell as in a few jobs throughout the years which worked well too.
haha fr. for the “tell me about yourself” i would just say that youre friendly cus then that shows that your nice w others. and talk about school and if it’s remote learning or i person.
If you did say all this, it will show the employer you have prepared for the interview in a lot of depth, and for a 16 year old I'm sure they would employ you as it shows your dedication to succeed.

@@rakibmiah6160 I got the job. NGL the interview was easy. They ask questions like when have u given or received excellent customer service and also they want to see how you would judge different situations.
I’m most definitely going to use some of these questions to interpret it in my own words I have an interview with ShopRite on Tuesday and Shaws hope I do excellent

I finished my interview, applied for a sektorist position (the one who arranges the place and puts tuff where it should be or folds clothes) in one of the biggest chain of supermarkets here. It wasn't as professional as I thought so i think I did well (I could only say a little bit more in the "present yourself" question & said I'm a fast learner so lack of job experience won't be a problem). But there were so many candidates & most of the candidates had work experience so I'd idk if I'll cut it but hopefully I made a good impression lol
i failed my last interview at waitrose in november because i was nervous. i have gained confidence and i’m going to attempt another interview at the range tomorrow. hope i get the job😂

If you’re energetic, be energetic. if you’re quiet (like me), don’t be quiet😂 speak with confidence and sit down dominantly so you look professional. when they ask you questions, don’t hesitate, just try your best and ask them if you don’t understand something. ALSO, at the end they will ask you if you have any questions FOR them. please don’t say you have no questions. Just ask them simple questions like “what’s the team like?” “how long are the shifts?” you know? anyways, I left the range and now I work at H&M (been working there for over a year now). Gonna leave soon and work at Deichmann. Good luck!

Such a stupid job , where even a robot could do it , yet all the questions and shit makes you think you applying for some secret society. Wtf ? People are applying for this because they need make some money in a honest way. No one dreams about this or plan about this. I really don’t get what’s all this fuss about it . They like force you to say bullshit, and whoever is better at saying those bullshits, gets the job. So stupid .
@@h_ea it was pretty casual for me. I just wore a sweater, jeans with no holes, and some vans. It really depends on the vibe of the store though, so take this with a grain of salt.

I remember I had interview with morrisons years ago, there was some pictures of food items. I was told to pick one. I picked the pictures of strawberries. I was then told to sell me this product, sell this item to me. No idea what to say.

@@CareerVidz I'm employed elsewhere now. I wasn't sure if it was a trick question. Reminded me of Wolf of Wall Street film where the guy goes, sell me this pen. The manager knew i done retail for years and even said i could do it with my eyes closed, i was employed at the time and looking to change and come work with them, still didnt get the job.

Would a specific experience of being a customer and we received a great customer service count in the case we have no previous experience in the role/no previous job at all

Hi what do I say for this question You are working in the beer, wines and spirits section. A Customer approaches you and asks for a bottle of wine for a particular dish. You do not have it in stock.- what do u do ?
You should apologise that it isn’t available and let them know when it will return to stock. You should then make recommendations of alternative products by finding out their requirements and needs :)
