You slowly open your eyes and look around in confusion as you try and work out where you are since you’re in a room you don’t recognise. You try and move but quickly realise you are chained up and unable to break free. You wince at the pain that you feel as you move. At this moment a strange figure enters and you stifle sobs as they near closer, as it gets closer you realise that it’s not human and some kind of monster. You can’t hold back the tears as you quickly begin to realise that this monster is about to kill you.
At this time a loud bang echoes through the place, and the creature turns round and leaves to find the noise. You feel yourself slowly drift in out and consciouses as the pain starts to become the only thing you feel. Loud gunshots startle you and then two people shouting, you feel your heart rate quicken.
A few minutes later you hear a fight followed by a single gunshot, you try to fight the pain in hopes that whoever was fighting the monster won and will save you.
You hear quick footsteps getting closer to you, however you can feel yourself slowly going unconscious. Suddenly someone gently places their hand on your arm and starts talking to you and then you hear them shout “Dean” you guess that this was the person who was in the building with him. Another person quickly shows up and starts looking at your wounds. The one you assume is Sam picks you up and carries you out of the building and into the backseat of a car where Dean is sitting ready to help make sure you’re comfortable.
Sam shuts the car door and gets into the driver seat and starts driving.
After a while you feel your heartbeat slow down and your breathing becomes shallow, Dean picks up on this and starts talking to you to try and keep you awake. He keeps trying to make you count and your heartbeat quickens just a little bit.
The car comes to a stop and Sam helps Dean get you out of the car and you are carried into a hospital and you hear Dean shout for a doctor. You are quickly put into a gurney and rolled into a room with doctors and nurses all talking at once and you can hear the faint voices of Sam and Dean before you pass out.
Awhile later you are laying in the hospital bed and you hear Dean talking to someone but it’s a voice you haven’t heard before, you hear the unknown man walk towards you and places his hand on your forehead, you try to move to stop him but you can’t move, however you feel much better after he takes his hand away, and you fall asleep.
You wake up and look to your side and see that there’s no one there, but then a knock from the door makes you turn around. It’s Dean, he starts talking and tells you his name, he probably thinks you don’t remember, you smile slightly at him and he continues talking. You thank him for saving you and ask him to tell Sam thank you as well. He smiles at you, says goodbye and leaves. You lay back down and begin to wonder what exactly the thing that took you was, you know you weren’t hallucinating so what exactly was it? Maybe Sam and Dean know, when you get out of the hospital the first thing on your to-do list is find them.
