My neurologists recommended i take moringa capsules because he said it inhibits chronic inflammation. I was surprised medical doctors never recommend natural supplements
@tomgarbett77
@tomgarbett77 7 месяцев назад
Yes unfortunately medical professionals are quite literally trained just to designate the right pharmaceutical for whatever disease or problem you have... They know little to nothing about natural remedies. That's why I listen to a lot of Holistic doctors online as I find their approach much more valuable!

You must boost glutathione and support your mitochondria. Best supplements: Acetyl l-Carnitine, NAC(n-acetyl cysteine), CoQ10(Ubiquinol), Inositol(Myo), 10000d3k2-mk7 and at least 3grams omega3(high DHA).
@tomgarbett77

Thanks for your reminder about DHA & EPA for myelin sheath. Much appreciated. I'd been taking 1k mg of each before starting high dose thiamine. If the thiamine continues to show good gains, I'll stack with fish oil to see if any notable advantage ... Maybe a 3-6 mth trial?. Please keep up the videos if you can, they're really helpful. All the best.
@tomgarbett77

Hey Jenny, no worries but yes definitely worth looking out for the DHA & EPA levels cause they can be deceptively low in some. But thanks I have been looking into thiamine thanks to your suggestion and think I will try some soon. Thanks for the kind words I will keep them coming!

Have you tried Coimbra protocol? It’s basically much higher vitamin D3 doses. I’ve been trying 20-40 thousand IU of D3+K2 and magnesium, omega3, B complex, choline. I had a very bad relapse in June and now after 1,5 months of Coimbra protocol I feel amazing, I did blood test, my Vitamin D is 81 now and calcium is in norm. So I will stick to it from now on.

Hay Tom, just bumped into your channel. Congrats for the content. I take almost everything you do. There is a treatment that prescribe all of them, but different quantities (higher amounts of vit D). It’s called Coimbra Protocol. It was my option to take it instead of DMT. That was almost 3 years ago and zero flares since then. You might find something interesting there.

@@tomgarbett77 Yes, those are high doses, but there is much more to it. Vitamins, diet and lifestyle change are also part of the “protocol”. You are already far ahead with what you described here. As I said, I’m DMT free for all this time with no relapses or flairs.

But i thought its because of low vitamin D i started taking vitamin d and b12 . I got some relief then optic neurtis effected by left eye in december 2021. Doctor adviced MRI and in MRI there were some old lesions and also new lesion. They have performed some tests like SPINAL tap and EVOKED VISION . @@capturingserenity I'm sorry to hear that you are depressed, but you need to know that it won't always be like this and it will sink in and there are things you can do to control the disease, like diet and lifestyle changes and of course the DMT's that are available nowadays. @@capturingserenity Yes it does sound to me like you the depression is really bringing you down and affecting you all round. I would definitely suggest looking into the Best Bet Diet which is what I am doing though, because I really feel that could help you - and it certainly helped me mentally because I felt much more in control from then on! Gluten and Dairy are main factors that you need to cut out straight away with the best bet diet.
