Thanks for the info!! I really liked this video:) It would be great if you can do a video explaining your hair care routin (shampoos, conditionairs, DIY hair masks...) Thanks!!!
Thank you💕 my hair is still currently prone to split ends because it grew out so thin over the past few years due to my unhealthy diet. So I never use heat on my hair (have only straightened it 2x this year). I only detangle it using my fingers, then once it's detangled I can gently comb through it. And since my hair absorbs product so easily I occasionally use conditioner with protein in it😊 as far as preventing fall out I use super gentle shampoo and make sure any products that touch my scalp are pH 4.5-5.5.
Hey! I almost always let my hair air dry😊 I feel like the cold air makes my roots flatter and I used to notice more tangles and hair fall when blow drying.
Hey Beatriz! So using the app, I scanned every single item I ate. If you look at the spreadsheet, the dates at the top were the dates I calculated my averages for the week leading up to that. To do that in the app, go to: Trends Nutrition Report And then look at the vitamins, minerals, and protein for your weekly percentage of each. The numbers listed in the spreadsheet were my weekly average percentages when I calculated on those days. 😌
@@hayymarie I can't seem to install the app for some reason... Also, I struggle to know exactly how many grams I eat in each meal, and I'm guessing that has a direct impact on the vitamin intake
Maybe you could search for another similar app to use instead🙂 Whenever I scanned items, I looked at the serving size on the package and compared that to the amount I ate. You can type in foods and there are many different measurement options you can use in the app!
