I don't know how many people caught this, but the snobby wife said that he was working on the "bridge of Gibraltar over in Italy." Gibraltar is not in Italy, it's on the coast of Spain. So either the husband doesn't know his geography, or he's lying to her.
Maybe she doesn't know her countries but as for the Bridge of Gilbraltar it will be surprising to see a bridge connect Europe to Africa which will be completed in 2025, wonder how much the toll will be if they have any.

And the moral of the story is: Never send an idiot to represent you in court! Child support can literally change the course of your life for the worse if you are not careful. These proceedings are extremely important. Education and preparation are key!
I love this. She was acting the fool until the judge told her that he would be paying child support and her whole demeanor changed. I was so happy to se the smirk wiped off of her face.
She got great pleasure smirking because she is the “wife”. She thought she could rub it in. Oops she didn’t think they were going to apply the child support.
Also, she says "impordunt" not important! Sorry, my mother and grandmother made sure when it came to grammar and speaking well that I knew the correct spelling and pronunciation😂 I would get smacked in the back of the head for any misprounced words.. lol
@@who346 Only if he wasn't served. He was properly served. He had the money to fly from Spain (not Italy) to the US if it was that important to him. He could have let his boss know and appeared by video conference if he couldn't get to the states. He thought turning in his paperwork and sending his airhead wife in his place was going to sway the judgment his way.

Little girl doesn't realize that the cheater will cheat on her also and could very well be 'working' creating another family, at that very moment, while away working.
This happened to my case. My ex didn't show up because it was memorial day. He posted pics of himself on the lake on FB. So when the judge asked me were was he? I showed him the posts. I won of course by default.
I just won custody of my boys a month ago. He hasn't seen or talked to them in almost 3 years, and we had shared parenting. Two weeks ago I found out that the reason he didn't show and couldn't be found by the courts, is because he moved out of state.
The "Bridge of Gibraltar" does not exist and is not even being built. It's a theoretical bridge between territory England owns at the south of Spain, and Morocco, and has never been started. I wonder what he's really doing?
There is a Strait of Gibraltar crossing that has a planned completion date of 2025. Also, while her empty head said building, she stated his job as an engineer which includes design work as well as analysis in the job description.

The people who act out these cases deserve props too. They do a remarkable job at acting fools or entitled and Miss Vonda keeps it entirely professional and educational. Very much enjoy listening to these episodes on my drives to and from work.
Most states don’t and thank goodness bc I make a lot and don’t wanna pay for my husbands child support. He makes much less than me. We just buy what they need bc the mom has been proven to lie abt what she needs the extra money for.

I loved the shift in demeanor the minute she realized that divulging his income (and you can tell she was doing it to irk the former wife) was admissable and she'd just pulled a pin. You can see her imagining explaining it all to the husband when he gets home. Can only imagine what distorted version of the events he's going to hear. Edit: We don't get to see it in this episode but I LOVE the episodes when the judge smiles from behind the tea mug. It's the moment someone is about to find out that this isn't drama class, they're not the star of their story, and this is not the venue to mudsling, smear character, or tell their life's woes.

I can't believe how STUPID people are. This just blows my mind. That second wife had her nose so far up in the air I'm surprised she didn't trip over it and her hubby probably has another women overseas as well. I'd like to be around when she tells him about the child support.

Support Court with Judge Vonda B. does being his wife give her any legal standing in this case? the level of ignorance and arrogance with these 2 is jaw dropping. The wife is upset that her money is about to go out the door.
John Reed Thank you for commenting! No, it does not give her legal standing. However, the court can entertain financial documents she brings in on her husband’s behalf.
