I use the DriftMotion Oil Pressure Spring, AZP Oil Feed Pipe, and new banjo bolts bought at DriftMotion.com to get my oil pressure back where it needs to be.
Also, Transmission Mount, CPS Magnet Mod, and Energy Suspension Sway Bar Bushings!!!
I did ALL of this without taking the engine out of the car, you can too!

Very cool vid , most 7m owner overlook the oil squirters banjo bolts. I would also take a look into changing the pressure base oil cooler into a thermostatic one .

YES, and wow does it improve the drivetrain! No more jerking when the car changes gears or letting of the clutch quickly. AMAZING. Cheap too!

Just changing the rod bearing only , fixed the rod knock ? how long will it last?Please share your experience. mine is &MGE unopened engine in 130K miles . I am not sure small rattle around 2.5 - 3K RPM . if u rev and listen when listen closely . I am plaiing to do preventive , pump upgrade and bearing change if possible.

While you can shim the drift motion guys have made a stiffer spring..that way no need to shim which can impede functionality

@@SlowNBroke oh yeah for sure man, the stock one not only can no where near keep up with temps but it diverts oil from the bearings to flow through the cooler and back into the sump. It is honestly one of the major reasons the 7MGTE spins bearings in stock form because it lets the oil overheat then siphons off pressure on top of that!
