Acceleration test with my new 20s15p battery from www.zemso.eu/ Sur Ron Light Bee L1E Controller: Nucular 24F Battery: Sony VTC6 20s15p | 3240 Wh Max power: 20,5 kW Rear sprocket: 54t
That's old now, someone did a 0-100 in 4.91 with KO Factory Spec Motor and KO Factory Spec Controller with 84V battery on a 54t sprocket on 16" wheels, 35kw I think and the 4.91 sec 0-100km/h was with his wheel popping up as well
With stock battery and field weakening in the nucular controller I reached a max of around 75 km/h and a range 40km in the woods and maybe 50-55 on the street. Now with the 72V 20s15p I reach 105 km/h and a range of at leat 80 km if you're pushing it. If you keep it a bit calmer on the throttle I have no doubt over 110km is easily possible.
@@e75short14 The X-Controller ist already quite good comparing to the stock in terms of noise and throttle control. But with the nuc you get a whole bunch of even more good stuff: 3 custom speed/power levels, temps of motor and controller, field weakening (going faster), using the whole 90A of the stock battery, the option of using a thumb throttle for recuperation (you can see it right next to my left handle) and the option of updating your battery to something more powerful in the future.
If you get the nuc with the Sur Ron harness it's really straight forward. But you need to take your bike apart a bit and be creative mounting it. I hollowed out my stock controller and the nuc sits right under it. Looks completely like stock as I liked the closed look of the cooling fins. Setting it up is just connecting everything and press one button for auto setup. Really easy. If you have questions while installation you can join the Nucular Telegram group. For the battery you can check the video description. The builder/seller lives in Germany so if you coming from outside EU I have bad news for you regarding shipping.
Depends on many things like surrounding temps, hills or flat, dirt or street, gearing and of course the definition of hard :) It's hard to get get it close to 100C where it turns down power. Under normal circumstences I see up to 80-85C with lots of full power bursts and hills.
