Talon, one of the earliest accessories you want to get is a “Peg Spacer” support between the stock rear sets… otherwise they tend to bend downward over time if your having any real pressure placed on the pegs. I wish I did sooner. 🤦‍♂️

I’ve had my surron for like a year or so now and I love it even more the longer I have it, mines got new sram g2 brakes, rock shox boxxer fork, controller and bypassed battery for 7kw power and it really changes the bike makes it so much better , also I really reccomend the fisher fab house light

Awesome vids bro.. the film and edit is so clean! I personally love the entire process: from unboxing/assembly to the ride out.. I don’t have an e-bike yet so I appreciate the longer videos. Also, I’d love to see a full ride out video where you go adventuring and sightseeing or you could ride out with a group of friends lol that would be lit

Looks like fun dude! Looking forward to some more Sur Ron vids! I've been wanting one as well, but it would be a commuter vehicle for me and it doesn't sound like this would be the best option for a commuter, but there's plenty of other options out there. Thanks for sharing!

Once axle is in compress the forks a little to align the forks before you tighten it down

Might be a good idea trying to engineer a selective switch for the speed cap mod so you can save battery when it starts getting low in charge like having an eco button don’t always need that max speed option

Electric vehicles are definitely the future especially for extending an explorers range. Im torn between a Sur Ron or an E-mountain bike to hit bike trails since the Sur Ron can't go on bike trails??? But ebikes can't rip like a Sur Ron lol.

I'm more biased to riding small cc bikes than bigger bikes. But just because this bike is different doesn't mean it's not cool. But then again different ppl have different points if view. I use my sur-ron for commuting i put on the super moto wheels and the kaniwaba v2 pedal kit. Its awesome 👌 i get around easy and can keep up with cars when needed

Just gonna share this here: my Sur Ron got stolen and insurance said that since it doesn’t have pedals, it can’t be covered. So either usaa is just complete garbage, or others may also be like this. They said it was a land conveyance vehicle and not covered under renters insurance. It’s not street legal so I couldn’t get motorcycle insurance. And it doesn’t have an engine so nobody wanted to cover it as a dirt bike, even though that’s what it is. I’d highly recommend an Invoxia tracker. These things get stolen a lot.

its the right one if its Green/Black stripe and not the green one some idiots say. did you check caliper alignment for rubbing before riding ? and carry that tool too. segway bought surron so exactly the same bar app, fyi 2 guys left and started talaria.

Nice.. these are getting big. I think they will remove it from bike trails soon (city bike trails), or require licenses soon... too many people are using these as 'ebikes' ha. They are so next level, but the prices are still needing to drop to beat a nice enduro for daily drivers. I think soon though, it will for sure crush dirtbikes for mainstream.

I's it just me ? But the bike is hard to walk and back up ? It fills like the breaks are engaging off and on ever 0.5 seconds. Let me know if this sounds normal.
