Those mini buses can be dangerous and they do get in accidents constantly. The trains are safer.

There are a lot of bus crashes in TL, i wonder if drug/alcohol testing might prevent a few? Bad crash with 17 Chinese tourists in the last few days. Police seem to do SWA over there, unless they are undermanned?

Buses and minivans in se Asia there is no such thing as direct as they are always stopping on the side of the road to either drop somebody off or pick someone up.

The motor taxi guy looking at the camera was so funny - keep your eyes forward mate!! 🤣 You must have developed a really strong stomach now, Richy with the food? I have to laugh at the transport minibus, with the constant people and cargo, but to do a loop to back to where you started was another level of craziness. Passing by McDonald's in the mini bus makes me ask if fast food popular with locals, or just tourists? £8 a night is a great option to take when you get the whole space to yourself. Did the lady with the Leeds jersey top understand what she was wearing 🤔 her reaction was funny. Chickdeesum looked confusing as all get up, but seemed popular with the locals.

Maybe you should have gone to thai immigration in surat thani and extended your visa exempt by 30 days, it would have given you more breathing space to decide what you wanted to do, if you had gone with the koh samui idea i guess that would have been your only option,. the kamakazi mini bus never gets old, playing the life lottery,. that hostel got my attention, me being a cat lover, but the mystery thai food banquet was my worst nightmare , i suppose you may aswell exit TH if your on your final visa day, malaysia it is then , be safe and enjoy, fich.

Anything but those minibus drivers,I’d rather pay the extra night at the guesthouse and take the train at least I’ll arrive intact

I’ve worked and lived in Thailand 13 years own my jewellery business these taxi drivers are no different from the rest unfortunately given half chance they steal the sugar outa ya tea 😂 facts they all same ha….
