Use pompano rigs and put out fishbites(artificial bait) with live sand fleas or fresh dead shrimp.

That might be a nice, big bluefish for the Destin area but come to NJ we get them to 15+ from both the beach and boat.

Yeah, we dont get those big boys down here. Although i did catch a 17 pounder in the harbor this year.

They grow much bigger in your area for some reason. A 5 lb bluefish down in our area is pretty big much less a 7 lber.
