Try Bliss OS on it, it has a much more recent Android version (11, 12, and 13 is currently supported android versions) as well as a separate build specifically for Surface devices

Bliss OS (Android 13) works as well, the only real issue is that suspend is broken which makes it kind of useless

No, as the modern RU-vid app is no longer able to be downloaded on Android 4.4. however the browser version should work

⁠⁠@@ntp_polskaactually it is possible if you have bliss os, not only is it like Android-x86 it supports Android versions up to Android 13 and it works with x64 and ARM64 (removing 32 bit support), and they have a separate build for Surfaces like this one, Bliss OS should also work on MacBooks and Windows PCs, could work on Chromebooks too iirc
