I had my procedure Wednesday and I really didn’t feel much pain. Just the vibrations. I was high af on nitric oxide tho, I wasn’t paying any attention. I’ve watched your recent videos tho and you look amazing! So it was def. worth it. I really enjoy your content and am so proud of your growth! Looking forward to more videos!

Continue taking your pain meds or Tylenol max on a schedule . Make sure you drinking a lot of water and eating properly . And the main thing is please get those lymphatic massages as much as you can . I recommend that first week , getting one everyday if you can . And wear your compression garment . And add in your foams and boards when you’re ready . After you make it to week 2-3 , this whole post op surgery routine will feel normal . It’s going to worth it once you see those results .
Thanks for your response. I’ve gotten the massages every day and they are so painful. I think I’m just in my head bc I see no difference at all and it makes me feel like I did this all for nothing. I appreciate seeing you cry and be vulnerable. I had several big cries today also. Again, thanks for your content and I hope to see more
Definitely not the easy way out! I see it as surgery our body is working out intensely internally(cellular level and mentally) . Our bodies is working 24 hrs to heal. Working out normally requires more external effort. That’s just how I see it. I’m 1 week post op and I hated sitting down.
Absolutely I agree . Its a recovery mentally and physically . And I hated laying down, cause I knew eventually I was gone have to get up for something . And getting up be so hard sometimes . But walking alot is good . It keeps the blood flowing good !
One thing that I was gonna suggest is this supplement called Pancreatin it has been helping my digestive system so much and I swear for the first time I’m seeing natural weight loss all over 🥰 I’ve been taking 2 everyday after I eat
Omg you had surgery on my birthday 💖 Those pre op drinks work and the liquid iv does to they definitely helped me during my healing process after surgery I had surgery in June. And no it dam sure ain’t the easy way the healing process is a bitch and I had lipo360/bbl and I’m 9 weeks post op and still get stiff asf and I was going to the gym 5-6 days a week that helps u in some ways but far as what surgery gives u the gym doesn’t and plus when u grown u can do what the hell u want with your body and your coins people can be so judgmental it irks my soul but me, idc what nobody say about me having surgery it don’t bother me because I’m sure if they could they would I hated laying down to laying down makes u stiff and it’s painful I remember that feeling that pain ain’t no joke but the faja keep everything tight together and takes a little pressure off the massages hurt in the beginning but they get better…I’m glad you made it through surgery well!
