I’ve declined his surgery for three years because I know they experiment with our organs. I hope you’re doing well and everything is going great in your life. ❤

Hi Nik, I live in South Africa. The sun is always shining here and there is always the risk of developing skin cancer if you have a light skin. I developed a growth on the lower eye lid of my right eye. I do not know if it is cancer or just a benign growth but I went on a high nutrition diet for about two months and the growth have shrunk noticeably. I would like to share the diet with you. The soup Ingredients: - two handfuls of Chopped broccoli, one chopped onion (purple), two bags of green tea, two pinches of mixed herbs, two sticks of cut celery, Two handfuls of frozen and crushed spinach or kale, half a table spoon of crushed garlic, Three shakes of black pepper, seven shakes of turmeric, two tablespoons full of apple cider vinegar (with the mother), one bag of white onion powder soup for flavour, a hand full of cooked red speckled beans and a handful of cooked mince meat. Just add all the ingredients in a pot, add boiling water and switch the stove on high till the water boils. Then lower the heat until the water simmer, Let the soup simmer for an hour. The soup is now ready. I would only drink water in the morning. At 12h00 I would start eating the soup. There will be about two helpings that you can eat in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. I also ate a fruit salad every day in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. (Note: Apparently turmeric reduces the effect of some chemotherapy drugs and thus should not be taken during chemotherapy.) During the rest of the week I would also eat food that contains vitamin D like avocado’s, mushrooms, liver and eggs in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. It seems to be working for me, maybe it will also work for you. I pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ that you will be healed. Amen. Gurl, That surgery went so well, I woke up, so fast, flipped my hospital gown up just to see the scars & the hospital staff 👀 was like, if you dont...🤭🤣🤭put yo gown down comic relief...🤣 & my surgery cap fell off during surgery(I was embarrassed cause I know my future husband was doing my procedure & my hair was a mess...😱👀🫢🤭) & the doc. Had the nerve to say, u ready for Baractic surgery, next which was the same surgery, again on my stomach, again. Fool, hell naw...asked you for a two for 1 surgery the SAME day...🤭🤣🤭

Sis you are doing so good. Glad to have come across your vlog as I went through the same thing on 28th Dec and I am on day 3 post op. The pain is on another level though especially when I woke up from the surgery, I was crying and shivering and all. They had to give me two dosage of fentanyl. I asked for a third dosage but they said I reached my limit 😂.

You had your surgery close to when I had mine. I had a fibroid removed that was 10 cm. I'm still sore and taking it easy though. It was a solid 2 weeks before I went up the stairs without holding the rail. Lol. Glad your surgery went well and that you are on the mend.

I remember being in the surgery room, them hoisting me up onto the surgical bed. I already had an IV placed in my arm (I think, or hand!) , the anesthesiologist put the medicine in and said "count to five and you'll be out" I think I got to three and I was out! Couldn't even keep my eyes open. The next thing I knew I was waking up so groggy and it was done!! Lol. That's the least difficult part, super nerve racking regardless though!

How long was you in pain after the surgery my wife goes for her surgery on the 30th I took a month off of work to help her around the house is that enough time for her to feel better and be able to do things on her own

Hello I am glad it turn out well for you...I am suffering the same along with ARD (Adhesion Related Disorder) from previous surgery. Because of ARD I am a risk and having a hard time trying to find an excellent doctor in Atlanta/Atlanta Metro Area. May you very please share your provider please? If not comfortable to share it on here, may you please advise another way. I am having a hard time finding a good doctor here in the Atlanta Metro Area. All the ones I have seen (different diversity including Black ones) were horrible. Please and Thank you in advance

Thank you for this! I have a random question... as a survivor of sexual assault, I refuse to have any invasive pelvic exams. They saw a large cyst on my ovary that's causing significant pain and bleeding. I only let them do an external ultrasound. IF I do opt to have this surgery, do you know if they had to go anything vaginally? My doctor seemed shocked that I haven't seen a GYN in 15 years, but I really wasn't concerned with her shock. She told me they'll do a pelvic exam with me under general anesthesia to which I declined very sternly. Frankly, it was annoying she kept pushing the issue because I was about to have a panic attack just from talking about it. She told me that the laparoscopy surgery to remove the cyst is minimally invasive, etc... which I was comfortable with. Then she said they have to go through vaginally to move the uterus out of the way, which I thought was weird. I honestly thought this was just a way for her to champion the need for a pelvic/pap. So I told her, well then, that surgery is off the table (pun intended). Do you have any knowledge of this? I understand some people won't understand my position, but it's a non-negotiable for me. I just am wondering, because you experienced the surgery first hand, if you know anything about it. Thank you and thanks for this video.
