You definitely can make 6 figures as a travel surgical tech. $2500 per week = $100,000 per year. Not including a strike or call

Yes become a traveler I did yes money can be awesome jump when your first starting out to get the experience and more. I’m super glad she is promoting this trade helps me keep food on the table. I’m not here for clout I have it all on social media pages like I did it I have fun but money plus other bullshit. I look back on it it was cool part of life experience new things. Some y’all just bad at math.

@@darrenmoney9484 just because you didn't make 6 figures as a surgical tech doesn't mean other can't. No need to lie about the pay just letting other know what to expect. It's plumbers making 6 figures with less education so lets not make the pay about education.

@@Keioffa you is right I totally agree. Everybody making 6 figures in this industry recommended everybody hope on bored. I recommend everyone live the traveling lifestyle you make even more.

It's important in school, but you don't use it ever day in the field as far in depth as you learn about it. It's just so you know about cross contamination.

Some States such as Maryland got rid of the certificate program so I would go for the associate degree.

If I'm not mistaken the entire US no longer accepts certificates in surgical technology.

I looked into a similar school here in Houston, it is 38k.

Theres no pay differences between diploma or degree. The requirement is to complete a surgical tech program and year of experience.

As a single mom I worked as a staff surgical tech and a travel surgical tech. You'd need a support system to help out but it's possible.

There's degree and theres certification

There are associate degree, diploma, and certificate programs.
