Your parent’s home renovation videos have been some of the best I’ve ever seen- because they’re more genuine. Most of us don’t have a huge “HGTV” budget. We can’t just go knocking down walls, gutting bathrooms, or adding on. You come up with realistic solutions. I love how the dressers at the end of the bed turned out! Love the bathroom flooring! Happy for you and your family, and you certainly have a bright future in your field. 💡

Its so much more than just painting some walls and buying some new furniture. To do that for your parents is such a validation of your wonderful relationship with them. Emily, you did an incredible job, I’m tearing up- so great! In consideration of your dads asthma, it might be a good idea to get a dehumidifier for the bathroom to prevent mold since there’s no window- I only say because I have a similar bathroom setup and a small dehumidifier has helped so much!

You can just tell how okay they were with what they had, they weren’t asking for much, just a refresh. They were probably so busy living and providing, that they never pu themselves first. I love that you decided to take it to the next level for them, in ways they never even imagined. I love this series, thank you for sharing!!
