We get sent survey reports all the time and some are just laughable. Misdiagnosis is the biggest problem in out preservation industry and the only way to stop it is through education on relevant courses.

Hi mate is there any way to contact you ? I need some advice on damp. The mortgage company is refusing to change my mortgage on my property due to apparent damp which we can’t see. They have sent one of their damp companies around and quoted a few thousand quid. But I’m not sure if they are being totally honest. I would appreciate if we could talk.
