Ruth white....here best way for meditation...just put a piece of cotton in your ears and sit in padmasana posture on wooden plate over which put a cloth....now you close your eyes and just start observe and concentrate on your inhale and exhale.....be calm and continue this one....finally it is SOHAM....HAMSA JAPA....it benifits a lot...thank you.

Thank you for asking ... basically breath is sound less here and when you breath goes from the chest to you Tommy and coming out from the Tommy towards your nose.
