You are assuming this turd could have a common sense thought. You forget, CROOKS ARE STUPID. That’s the reason prison is full of repeat offenders. They aren’t exactly rocket scientists.
Dear casienwhey: The reason for no bail releases and light prison sentences is because of "inhumane overcrowding" in jails & prisons. Are you old enough to remember court ordered early releases from prisons for "inhumane overcrowding" ??? Judges & DA's don't want to get into that type of public embarrassment again. Consider that America already has a larger percentage of its population in prison than ANY Other Nation in the World, more than China, Russia, Iran, or even N Korea. Haven't we put enough Americans in prison YET ??? When will Americans STOP focusing so much on "evil" individual criminals and START asking what is wrong with an American Society that generates SO Much Crime ??? More than 50% of gun deaths worldwide happen in America, a nation with just 5% of the World population. The mass media does a good job hiding reality from the Public, the reality that America is just a SICK Society, and that all these individual criminals are just symptoms of, are just pointers to what a SICK Society America really is. When are we going to STOP treating the symptoms, and START treating America's Social Sickness instead ???
@@SonOfEric52 wtf.. are you trying to say that we're not suppose to incarcerate criminals ? Lol.. or are you trying to say. we have no violent criminal issues in this country ? Ffs.. majority of these mofos are repeat offenders with mile long rap sheet since 14 years old !! .. Maybe its not the system....maybe, for once libtards needs to think..ITS THIS PEOPLE WITH CRIMINAL CULTURE is the biggest problem !! Other countries dont incarcerate violent criminals... theyll simply execute them.. why should they warehouse the incorrible career criminals? I think this mofo is Filipino and dyou know what we do to his kind oer there ? He will go thru the crocodile's anus...never to be seen again.
He should’ve been in jail long ago and this wouldn’t have happened. And if he doesn’t spend the rest of his life in prison the system is broken. He planned it out
This fellow was a chronic thief? I don't suppose he's served any jail time. Well, when he's released in a few days let's all hope he stays in California where he's appreciated.
He should've also been charged with domestic terrorism. A fire of that magnitude - I have absolutely no idea how nobody was injured or killed when all of this happened. All because he wanted to steal some tools.
@@dingus6317 it’s rampant everywhere now. You guys are going to have to find something else to complain about California now. Theft and violence are rampant all over the country not just the blue areas.
The parents of SF District Attorney Chesa Boudin were members of the terrorist group "Weather Underground" which is why Chesa has so much hatred of prosecuting criminals
He destroyed all that to get a little money. He don't need ever to be on the street for he won't work cuz he is lazy and no good and the punishment should fit the crime and needs to be on a group for those that owe money for there crime and they can't get out of jail until he pays off the damages he caused that means he don't get out.
I bet the employee who stopped him gets fired or written up. I know I almost got fired for the same thing. That's why Home Depot is a target for these low life people!
The prosecutor not willing to tell the public that he's gonna make sure the guy never leaves prison. Won't tell us how much time he's facing. Probably 10 years only. Weak ass charges and sentence. Attempted murder charges or attempted manslaughter.
County attorneys office failed multiple time to put the career criminal behind bars, and is now going to lecture you on Arson. Maybe the County attorneys office should pay for the home depot they allowed this repeat offender to torch!
This is the result of thieves hearing “defund the police” and believing they have the right to commit any crime they want. Those that promoted that message, have caused a lot of irreversible devastating harm and they sent THE WRONG MESSAGE. It’s damaging every day regular people, families, communities, businesses and law-enforcement-that message spewed into harm that criminals take to heart to commit crimes like this
No it’s not. People gave up, lost hope, and just don’t care. They are around other ppl who lost hope and don’t care. To add people are on all types of drugs nowadays and have a different mentality. A lot of them are so gone now they don’t even care (initially) about going to prison. Nobody out there in the streets really cares about all these overblown internet topics like “defund the police” “critical race theory” etc. Police aren’t going broke in the real world from being defunded. The only message younger people see from older people is that of hypocrisy, corruption, and confusion….because that is the message passed down from the government to tax paying adults young and old. Therefore people can’t figure out any incentives or motivation feel boxed in and give up, lose hope, and just stop caring.
@@fieldthrasher I see it as “everybody gets to know what they know because I don’t know what they know”…we still get to have opinions of our own bthrashed and share them. Glad you are sharing yours
Done all that for nothing, what an idiot. Not only that I glad that he still got caught stealing, but I'm also glad that his scheme caught up to him. Home Depot is one of my best places to shop at.
what a monster. so senseless crime. takes lots of efforts to build and maintain these kinds of businesses, but takes one nut job to destroy them! must take all crimes add criminals seriously.
What a nice looking young man. I'm sure he to had a hard life and is mommy's good boy. If they can let a man loose on the street after shooting 14 people in a mall, then surely he should be in charge of the new store when it opens.
You would think all the free cash, healthcare, foodstamps, housing, education, and phones would deter these undesirables from staying here. Let's go Brandon!
@@GMAN95120 still can't find workers who are willing to work. Too many feelings hurt, too many people with issues and most just plain don't want to work. I work in that industry for 24yrs and current.
