A 30-year-old man initially charged with murdering an 11-year-old boy in May 2022 is now expected to plead guilty to a manslaughter charge later this month.

Just a word, manslaughter, should not be used and recognized as description of a criminal intentions and result. He should be called a killer, not a first or second degree murderer. Disgrace to a victim family and friends. Our JD should see and prosecute a killer accordingly, and none of this mental health issue and irrelevant past life and upbringing. Well my aunt husband shot her in the face while supposedly cleaning his gun at dinner in front their kids then put her in the back of his truck and drove slow as possible to the hospital. I know a 16 year old who was "clowning around" and did the same thing to his 11 year old cousin. He got the same results not realizing their was a bullet in the chamber. We desperately need Federal Constitutional Amendments requiring all murder incidents be tried by Federal Judges (no jury). Upon the defendant being found guilty of the charge of murder he/she is immediately sentenced to be executed by firing squad, hanging, or lethal injection. Allow seven days for judicial review of evidence. At autopsy the brain is removed and examined for possible neurological/narcotic contamination. Resolves the problem of these criminals getting out and going free.
