Under no circumstances should his bail has been set that low. These Judges need to be held accountable in some manner when the risk is this high. A fool carrying an illegal gun is intending to use that gun.

He was released on bond for a car jacking before the shooting. Not the shooting which good chance they will give him bond again though. I’m sure he was caught red handed for the car jacking too and no way he should have gotten bond. It’s one thing giving bond if they don’t catch someone in the middle of the crime and have to find evidence to prove they were involved. It’s another thing to catch them during the crime red handed and give them cheap bond or and OR bond. That is bs and they are doing it on purpose.

The jails are filled up and understaffed. Correctional officers gets spit on at every chance by these monsters and the warden says its part of the job. 🤦🏾♂️

Gas, groceries, snacks, rent, insurance . . . everything we buy has undergone severe price inflation these past few years. But not bail on a serious felony such as carjacking? $500 bail for a carjacking?? Are they serious??? I only hope the judge is earning $15 per hour.
I’m telling ya, I was thinking the same thing! Everything is sky high except criminals bonds🤷🏾♂️ People can’t afford or find no where to stay because inflation but I can have a switch and get caught with it but let out for a low affordable price 🤦🏽♂️ Memphis Judicial system can go to hell!

Law abiding citizens need to rally & hold the justice system accountable for allowing thugs to repeat serious crimes. What happened to our rule of law that allows children to be harmed/murdered!! YES, they ALLOW it when they release criminals with several offenses. Is this what they want?? I don’t understand. It’s so disheartening.
