I just saw the chase and Im about 6 to 9 months late. However, for the truth of it all I'm going to say the obvious. I'm going to pull this card and I don't care what anyone has to say about it. If he was black the chase would have ended when he rammed/pushed the 1st police car back as he was stealing the work van in order to get out of that apartmemt. Do you know how many black men have been killed by police by just putting their car in reverse 12 inches to flee? As soon as the white back up lights appear they start shooting!!! Then the cop always claims they feared for their lives. This guy not only did that once but twice. He rammed probable 15 to 20 vehicles, almost killed no less than 10k people that he speed past during the full chase, almost set 2 gas stations a-blaze, broke into a home and fought the owners, stole and totalled 5 cars ( 2 being work vehicles putting these hard working men out of work for who knows how long), and finally only got 4 bullets through his window!!??? If he was black they would have riddled that truck with over 200 bullets like swiss cheese and everyone knows it. Finally if they didn't kill him in the barrage of bullets they would have hog tide him on his belly and threw him into the back seat of the cruiser if. He was black. He definately would not have had the dignity of walking to the police car in cuffs. Last but not nearly least they almost killed another guy in front of his family by beating up a victim. Are you kidding me!!! If nothing else that entire chase video shows that they do in fact have restraint when they want to.

Meanwhile they freaking beat up and arrested a bystander that got rammed by the assailant. The guy was trying to get out of the crossfire from the cops-cops Beat the crap out of him and then gently pull the actual assailant out of the car. What is that?

Improper use of parole by corrupt judges.

Some people say it's because of California being Politically Correct or blame it on the defund the police mentality that Cali LEOs will just let these criminals commit this crime spree. It has nothing to do with all that! The LEOs could have CORRECTLY & SUCCESSFULLY blocked him in when the driver got in the white van. The chase could have ended there. But poor positioning of the police vehicle allowed him to get away. Makes me wonder if some LEOs will intentionally & possibly not make an extra effort so they can say to the public, "You see, this is what you get if you don't let us shoot first & ask questions later".
