@Tom Malone Not true, gangsta culture was around it just wasn't the kind of culture that we are seeing today. Back in the 70's many of the homicides were drug related, cocaine and heroin. Gangs were more cohesive in the 70's than they are now, that means people followed orders and there was a clear hierarchy. When the guy above you said "go kill this guy" you had to do it or else. The traditional Gangs that popped up in the 60s and 70s are much more fragmented nowadays.
And how did this heartbroken and grieving mother, and her family as a whole, vote during the mayoral, gubernatorial, and presidential elections? Whom did they elect as their representatives in congress and senate? And how's that voting record working for them now? Are they better off now? Or are they worse off now?
