He didn't violate his 4th Amendment rights. The officer has a right to pat down. Upon administering the pat down he felt the pipe. No 4th violation. Research the law.
He ca legally pat down for weapons, he cannot search for anything that reasonably couldn't be a weapon. Unless he thought it was a new mini 1 shooter James Bond spy gun, it clearly was not a weapon and he knew it, it was a bad search. Great overhand rights though! @@Bee-hf3fc
To me, it’s quite impressive how resistant some officers are toward using their taser or anything else, especially with dealing with some of the psychos that they do

If it's me or them going home that night I know who I'm picking. Don't put cops in head locks and you won't get shot, it's a pretty simple construct

I have had the opportunity if I wanted to to call the police on my partner or whoever but I never did and yet they called the police on me for things that I never did and I got called the primary aggressor. Somehow, I understand how she feels.

That could be a legal issue. The cop is allowed by law to physically detain a suspect. The videographer is not law enforcement. The suspect could theoretically sue the show and even the network if the guy put his hands on him.

Granted that guy ran resisting arrest. Once the cop caught him, the guy bear hugged the cop once the guy and the cop started rolling around on the ground, I saw that cop punch the assailant several times in the assailant hand was still on the back of the cops back, not punching that cop punched and tased that man several times. Meanwhile, the man is in the background calling for other cops to save him for the cop to say that the guy punched him was not okay. That cop needs to be talked to
