I have a 2006 Suzuki Burgman 400 type S I bought last year. Problem now is it is to heavy for me to balance at a stop with my bad hip. That is why I down sized to the 2022 SYM Fiddle 4 that is about 150 lbs lighter then the 400. But still have the 400 in hope to ride again after I have my hip replaced. Also my wife can ride with me on the Fiddle 4.

I think I agree with You in the area of Suzuki scooter (lack of) evolution. Unfortunately, a specially when looking onto the great history of this brand.

the burgman used to be a legendary name it's a bit sad to see them behind basically everyone at this point, I was taken back by the front "screen" and analoge speed indicators! BTW, who do you think was the most impressive showcase this year, as in best improved/most changed from last year, since a lot of offerings seem to be color changes and not much else!

From what I managed to see SYM and Zontes had some really interesting launches but there were others also that I didn't have the time to analyze

The analog speed indicators are fine with me and the seat is actually nice, but I am not as big as the guy in the video, and I like the old school gauges

Hi this is scooter Steve I bought this bike 2022 the seat is excellent I am and all my friends drive the same and all my friends have the same😊😊 6 ft and I don't have a big butt I found it very comfortable

Couldn't agree more.. Finally someone pointed these out, thank you. I have a 2010 B400 and I love that thing. Its nearly perfect, a super comfy whale with endless storage. This newer gen is more like an Xmax wannabe. I don't understand Suzuki, what they were aiming for with the new changes. They made the underseat storage like 20% smaller, and the glove compartments are not lockable now (also smaller). In exchange for what? Slimmer body? Sportier look? ...no thank you. If I wanted an Xmax I would have bought one. The previous gen Burgman 400 is a different class. This new one is just another sporty city scoot amongst the rest. I hope they will bring back the old style one day..

I just bought 2023 model for £2000 from the salvage auction, wsiting for a few little plastics and gona try it. I had bmw C650 and Yamaha Tmax 530 but its different price range bikes.

Clearly for you the most appropriate is the seat of a Harley Davidson. (Not at all a Suzuki Burgman).

They created it and then left the space open for the Taiwanese and Chinese manufacturers to come in with some stelar touring scooters.

Is the US, quite a bit, BMW C400X and GT, Piaggio BV400 or. a Kymco AK50. You may not like the price but they are all available in the States

30 hp is not that bad actually, I own. The 2022 burgman 400 in silver and can pass easily on the freeway at 80 mph and the seat is fine for me, but I am smaller than u and I also don't carry passengers, and I use an oversized givi windshield!!
