1991 Suzuki LT250R first test ride! We just picked up this 91 lt250r on Sunday night. Let's go take this quad for a shake down ride real fast and see how this classic atv rips! This Suzuki lt250r has a cool head, a lectron carb, and a fmf turbine core silencer as far as visual upgrades go.

Love the quad bro looks really clean. i was going to buy one when i was 18 but had a cracked frame and my brother talked me out of it. wish i would have bought it was only for 500 bucks. cant wait for part 4 of the 450r and cant really wait for the 465. keep up the hard work my dude PEACE

For sure it sounds like it needs a little help getting opened up. Sounds like it's struggling to come up on the pipe fully. I would for sure first off do a quick compression and leak down test. This will tell you really quickly the health of the top end so you're not chasing your tail on jetting.

lectron carbs are good but that thing needs a mikuni with v force reads new expansion pipe and she'll be ready to go beautiful bike man oh and new clutch plates

That stock pipe is holding it back, I just built a Dt200 swapped Blaster, 35 pwk, vf4, dynoport, cfm airbox, working ypvs, its a screamer

Looks nice but definitely sound like it’s not breathing, ditch the lectern for a stock carb and get a different pipe and it will rip . Aluminum airbox is super rare and worth a couple bucks .

Sounds like the power valves aren't opening up. They gum up from to rich of oil mixture. I'd pull them apart and clean them.

Why don't you like tether, need it for racing. I think they are good for trail riding you fall quad stops

I'm just not a fan of them for the way I use my quad nor am I gunna strap it on every time I get on and off. I'm going to get the factory stuff and a light back on it

@@garagemcmatt probably needs the camber mod. Little aluminum bullet pieces that space out the spindle at the bottom. Big difference in handling less bump steer too.
