New crossmember is being installed as old one was too rusty. Front floor panels, on the other hand, seem repairable to me so I have cut rusty part and extended with fresh sheet metal. One side is TIG ("cold") welded, other MAG (CO2). I will try to avoid CO2 in the future, except for spot welds as TIG seems much more cleaner, far less warpage and (for this kind of vehicle) no need for grinding the weld.
