I tested Vitara (and S-Cross) on rollers a few times, it passed all tests in every mode, just the reaction time was different. No need to switch ESP off, even in Auto mode.
TOPSPEED. sk Your driver was giving up every time the car was starting to move forward... During the last test we can hear engine yelling and it looks like the driver wasn't releasing the clutch.... I tested S-Cross with manual transmission (1.6 and 1.4T), no problems. Less throttle and clutch fully released. The best setup for such test is LOCK with ESP off.
Nesedí mi jedno, na tom prvom obrázku je vysvetlené, že červený obdĺžnik je "ROLLER" a zelený "TRACTION", prvý obrázok pri prvom teste naznačuje, že trakcia by pri prvom teste mala byť na predných kolesách, a na zadných by mal byť daný roller. Ide o detail a treba si ujasniť pojmy.

Kdyz ma auto napriklad jen to jedno přední kolo na pevném podkladu, tak se ho sice druhym prednim kolem snazi zabrzdit ale výkon uteče prez otevrenou mezinápravu dozadu ne ? Takze pokud by bylo locknuto, tzn by slo 50 procent dopredu a pribrzdi jedno predni kolo, jde vsechno na to druhe kolo podle me :-)
@@Maxton1993Nie, neutecie, pretoze to auto NEMA medzinapravovy diferencial. Je to staly predohrab s moznostou pripojit pohon zadnej napravy. Nemoze sa stat situacia, ze prednymi kolesami si na pevnom podklade a zadne budu preklzovat. Na to by si potreboval medzinapravovy diferencial.

Veľmi ma potešil tento testík.. že Vitara nieje len taká hračkárska 4x4, aj keď z odrenými usami
Jj, s 1.4T je to velmi dobre auticko. Len skoda tej ceny, je to uz trochu pridrahe. Atmosfericka jedna-sestka je katastrofa vsade okrem mesta. Dlha trojka, stvorka, patka, neochota davat dialnicne stupania na patke, clovek sa v zvlnenej krajine s dovolenkovo nalozenym autom uradi k smrti. Zrychlenie 80-120 za viac ako 10 sekund s 3 dospelymi na palube tiez nie je bohvie co, predbiehanie autobusov ci kamionov v dnesnej hustej premavke treba velmi dobre planovat, inak to moze skoncit velmi zle.
Posledny by som niejako ani neuzal, nakolko pri CLS bol jeden pokus a koniec, Vitara ich mala kym to nezvladla, myslim zeby aj CLS zvladol po par pokusoch
Well yeah o get that, but if they have got the technology to make each wheel work at different rates, surely they could do that, know what I mean? Just doesn't make much sense to me
RDAtomica Diffs are open, no lockers. It can lock center clutch (front/rear). Right/left torque distribution is up to traction control, which works different in every mode (auto, sport, snow, lock). You can find detailed tests on my channel.
@@4x4.tests.on.rollers: Not right. Vitara is all time FWD, with ability to close clutch and connect rear axle to drivetrain. Not transafer, because car has not interaxle differential (like Subaru, Escort RS 4x4, Quattro, etc.) But You are right, there is not difflocks, only electronic brake control and torque transfer from one halfaxle to opposite halfaxle.
Jozko Mrkvicka What is not right? You wrote exactly what I wrote - it can lock center clutch. Not differential. And it is not all time FWD, but all time proactive AWD. That is huge difference. PS. Many Subaru's or Quattro's do not have center diffs to.
Predposledne llt a malo par pokusov, posledne ani nehovorim, robili az kym to nezvladol, v takomto pripade malo to byt neuznane aj ked stale boli menene rezimi....
