SVT Lightning Catch Can Install and First Start! 

I got them from Timothy White of Hose Hustler. As part of his kit. But you can get them all over. But working through him you're all set up and don't have to dig through all the sites to get what you need.

Yes. Basically. It has two chambers in it. One for boost (downstream from the blower) and one for vacuum (upstream from the blower but downstream of the throttle body). That said, each connection is plumbed to the appropriate chamber so it makes things nice and organized. 👍 Thanks for the kind words.

@@jasong712 it's a nice piece. Obviously you can modify the setup however. Can use plumbing fittings from Menards if you want. Whatever your eye likes. I ran the Menards setup for a few years with absolutely no issues. Only went to this deal because I wanted a bigger can and added a few other doo dads along the way. For the record, I'm not 1 million percent pleased with this catch can due to it venting into the cowl at idle. On the highway it's great but at idle you get a sniff of E85/oil smell and it can be annoying a little. Hindsight, I would get the dual in, dual out can and have the two output lines dump below the truck somewhere so as not to get even a sniff of E85/oil ever. But that's one for those deals where you live and learn. The manifold block is 100% a nice piece though. Great product.

Wanted a little bit more of a serious part. That JLT is just tiny junk.

I have not come close to filling it yet. To empty I will have to remove those two bolts yes. I am guessing I will do it every oil change. It has a drain at the bottom but I didn't have the room for the drain with how low it had to be in the little area. I will probably find a different spot for it due to the fact of getting a whiff of e85 through the cowling and the oil mist on the bottom of the hood. One of those things you learn the hard way haha. A+ cleanliness on the installation and looks but the spot I give a C-. Definitely room for improvement there.

@@405SVT I think most of JLTs stuff is highly overrated. I'm not crazy about their cold air either.
