But his confrontation with Luke and the subsequent "No, *I* am your father." marks the first time Vader has acknowledged that he's Anakin Skywalker since the death of Padmé.

To the Jedi and Sith, Anakin was nothing but a Tool and a Weapon to them both. as a Boy he feared, as a Teenager he was angered, as an Adult he Hates and until then he suffered. He felt the most pain in the entire Star Wars Universe just to restore peace and balance to the force.

The Rise of Skywalker and Force heal ruined Vader’s entire story....his story was all about not being powerful enough to save the ones he loved, but now we know he was easily powerful enough to use force heal. And if The Child can do it with no training or even the ability to speak, just pure instinct, there’s no reason whatsoever Anakin couldn’t have used it as well. Not to mention it’s utterly ridiculous that Anakin after his redemption would never have stepped in and tried to save his Grandson from his own tragic fate of being seduced and manipulated by a powerful dark side figure. On a different note, I would love to see an exploration of an alternate timeline where Obi-Wan bonded with Anakin just slightly more, just enough that Anakin trusted him with his secrets knowing Obi-Wan truly wanted the best for him. What would the galaxy have looked like if Darth Vader never came to be?

Okay, force heal was a popular ability. Anakin even used it himself, however all it does is speed up the NATURAL healing process. Force heal is not something that can cure everything, and cant always permanently fix a problem. Anakin has a vision that Padme is going to die, he wouldn’t have had this vision if almost any Jedi could heal her, this is clearly something out of his power. Dark side applications of this ability had its own benefits and disadvantages.

And you might say that was the dark side version, but it seemed to work exactly like the light side version. The version of force heal from episode 9 definitely could have saved someone from complications in childbirth, and Anakin was definitely powerful enough to use it.

Not to mention that Rey using Force Heal completely ruined the fact that Obi-Wan could have easily used Force Heal to save Qui-Gon from the same injury that Kylo Ren suffered and that Rey healed. Disney just has a way of completely screwing up Star Wars.

I mean, hate to say it but we see that the council is fundamentally flawed. They we willing to throw Ahsoka to the wolves if it meant keeping the peace despite evidence not really adding up. As she says in the second to last episodes, they were meant to be the peacekeepers of the galaxy not soldiers- yet they were forced to operate as soldiers and I don't think the council adapted well to fit the situation.

Anakin tried saving someone he loved and failed, but in the end, he did not fail. He saved someone he loved. Tried doing something similar in our StarCraft edit about Kerrigan & Jim.

The biggest mistake the Jedi made was believing _balance_ meant _destroying the Sith_ Balance doesn't mean eternal peace, it doesn't mean the "good people win", and it doesn't mean the destruction of those who use another aspect of the Force. Balance means symbiosis between the two sides, it means understanding all aspects of the universe and the force itself, not just one side that is more gentle than the other. It means joining the light and dark together, for neither can exist without the other

the force is naturally the light side as a whole. when people use the darkside for personal gains like the sith do.

@@Themrine2013 I think the problem was more both sides focusing on one side entirely (I should have made that clear). As a whole, the force is something completely different than the Jedi and the Sith make it out to be, but both factions were either scared of some aspects, or enticed by the aspects that were cut off. But the Jedi did isolate the darker aspects of the force in favour of the more positive aspects. While we do see there are divisions of the force (with the Father, the Daughter, and the Son), I think they may hav manifested when the force was divided in the first place (although that’s just my theory. I don’t have an extensive knowledge of the canon universe as a whole).

@@moviehermit5631 I always wanted Anakin to come with Luke in the end of ROTJ. He would've been an extremely powerful jedi. He had all the knowledge. The light. The dark. Truly in balance. As the prophecy foretold. It would've been a beautiful end. The sequels would also have turned out better, with Luke getting taught by the most powerful jedi ever and eventually loosing Ben Solo to the dark side by some new kinda villan that's not just exactly like The Empire, like The First Order was. Sidious could've come back from the dead like he did in the sequels. Idk. But it would’ve been a beautiful ending of episode 6.

@@Themrine2013 The force doesn't have a light side nor a dark side. Both of these are ''aspects'' of using the force and both are an enemy to the Force since they both wanted to destroy the ''aspect'' they despised. That's why the Force wanted to get rid of them.

This sums up what Starwars should’ve been. Starwars was supposed to be the tragedy of Darth Vader and the sequel trilogy ruined that. I’m glad that we’re still able to see Starwars for what it should be.

Chosen one has been found and his name is Anakin Skywalker and is his ultimate story. You become the most powerful Jedi. Is very sad Anakin Skywalker became Darth Vader when that happened the good man inside is gone and he became the Darth Vader. Even because of Luke Skywalker help his father from the start from the original trilogy bring the good back and Anakin. That made him a superhero at the end Makes Anakin Skywalker's says what have I done and he lives with his mistakes for the past makes him a good man how to how far Anakin Skywalker could go to save his family. To be honest Anakin Skywalker is a good man my favorite fictional character Jedi Knight who became a superhero. To Serve and Protect the Galaxy. Even because of Darth Sidious did not even win we are very lucky and it's Anakin Skywalker is on her side at the end Star Wars Episode 6. Saved his own son Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Skywalker.

@@ankari5257 I personally only enjoy the final prequel movie, especially bc as lightsaber battles go (live action) the battle on Mustafar is far and above ANYTHING we get from the disney saber battles. And I'll give it to the prequels that without them we wouldn't have the cartoons and my beloved Ahsoka and g'damn if I don't love me some clone wars and rebels
