When we are at complete ease where is the question of disease?
Importance of Patanjali's asthang yoga steps to focus all of our attentions and energies inwards for our growth and healing - pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), followed by dharana (concentration of the mind - single pointed and inside), dhyana (meditation) and then samadhi (absorption or stillness) happen as a resultant effect.
