We forget that Headoffice created jobs for 3 years until today. Moreso, we forget that Swapo itself has employees on their wage bill who works at party offices and feeds their families . Moreso, we forget that the materials used in construction like steel, cement, water & electricity are sourced locally. Moreso, its not state money but party borrowed half of the money from private lenders. Infrastructural projects are important in a country. U can't develop without infrastructure. Namibians need to travel to see whats infrastructure development. Go to South africa here or Mauritius then u see how infrastructure has contributed to the development of those countries.
