Swappable Base Module Contraption! - Minecraft Create Mod #1 

The little animation showing how the contraptions work is fantastic! Imagine if regular Minecraft had that. People would actually know how to play it without consulting the wiki!!

Turns out you can move around the “spawner blocks” we find in the dungeons using the cart assembler. Which means we can combine multiple spawners into one mega spawner.

Aw sad that the bed breaks but the moving thing is really cool!

Just a small tip: Each super glue counts as an entity and if you use too much of it, it gets expensive to calculate. Instead, you might want to use chassis, which you can also make sticky with slime balls.

Nice first episode. Useful and fun contraptions. I could tell that was a Dot build before you said a word :) Unfortunately, beds get broken during movement :( This mod really suits your playstyle. one of your utili-tiles should be a mechanical crafter. you should also try and make a fully automatic iron factory by breaking cobblestone from a generator with a miner > crushing the cobblestone > washing the gravel > sorting out the flint and iron nuggets > having the nuggets pressed in a basin.

ok quick fun fact zed , uhmm the crushign wheels can be now kept sideways as of the new update and can be in flush with the conveyor belt , making it a whole lot more compact

If the Create mod supports it, an utili-tile with an animal pen would be hilarious!

The utilitiles are stored as entities, so if it becomes a lag problem you could use a dock thing like the tile that is in use has, to turn it into block form again

I’m sure this has been suggested like, 17 times already, but for that ore processor in the beginning, don’t forget you can use a press and a basin to do several of the basic “compressing” recipes! Having those nuggets get compressed into ingots, and then subsequently compressed into blocks further down the line will save you a ton of inventory hassle.

Create is such a cool mod, and I love that it's bringing traditionally vanilla players into the modded scene

A tip for your chassis constructions, you can use a single slime ball to sticky them up, no need to use super glue durability on them. Super glue is specifically for attaching blocks to non-chassis (or a chassis side).

idk if you guys talked to Mumbo about this, but he had a lot of fun with the mod as well and i'd love to see him in the world too

You are the perfect person for this mod, your first major contraption has already blew my mind - and I personally use the create mod - and I can't wait to see what else you make. If your willing to, I think you should invite mumbo over as well, he was thinking about doing some survival create mod stuff and I honestly just want more _CREATEive_ content.

You've quickly become one of my favorite hermits, and my first introduction to what your content is like outside of HermitCraft is you playing my favorite mod. From what I've seen of your Cave of Contraptions, you are going to absolutely love every little thing this mod has to offer. I am excited to see what you can come up with! I've been tinkering for a while trying to figure out how to make a decent catapult in Create, so if you can manage to pull off a real Zedaph-y catapult, or even a cowtapult that launches several cows at once at an unsuspecting neighbor, I will be amazed. I won't be surprised, because you're Zedaph, and your brain just works that amazing way, but I will be amazed, I assure you.

This is going to be one of my favourite series!

Bed and work should be separate! So, make a different area for sleep time. For contraptions: A smelter area would be super useful. Swap in, smelt, swap out... Swap in later and get the finished product! For fun, it may be cool to have a UtiliTile that's just an office.. Chair, books, desk. Bring Tango in and say "Welcome to my office" and hope the right tile pops up LMAO

The day I feared has come: Zedaph plays with Create. If his brain wasn't on overdrive before, well... Now he's going to have a meltdown. Great idea, BTW! Utilitiles: the tiles for your future base.

So glad you and Tango are making this series together. I have a feeling two creative dudes like yourselves will come up with some amazing contraptions!

Utili-tile ideas! - Armory, with armour and weapons in chests since armourstands can't be moved - Small farm(if it works?) - Daily journal writing room with lectern - A guest room for Tango - A to-do board - A bathroom(everyone needs one) - the POINTLESS ROOM OF SPINNING COGS - A platform with all the utility blocks on it(grindstones, crafting table, smithing table, anvil, and more)

0:20 is one of my favorite moments ever, and you cannot change my mind.

The create mod was /made/ for Zedaph. Like, okay, Tango and Mumbo are going a little feral, but it was made for Zedaph specifically and I'm surprised his name isn't on it in the dedications considering it seems to be built entirely around the thing he loves most. :O

You should add a Villager Trading station/stations utility tile! No more messy trading halls, with the push of a button, you can trade your heart away!

Yesss, was so excited for this series after seeing your livestreams! The new intro and the outro music is cool too. I think one of the utili-tiles should be all coggy and spinny, since you like them so much, just like a bunch of cogs and water wheels spinning, and of course a place for you to stand/sit and spin yourself!

Great idea for a series Zed! Can’t wait to see more. In vanilla you might add a brewing station and a smelting station. In this mod.... I’m sure there are all kinds of technical stations to add.

You could have a utilitile devoted entirely for flexing. Just stack a bunch of diamond blocks there, and as you're scrolling through the tiles just be like "Let's see, where's my enchanting setup? Here's the bedroom, here's the storage, here's the massive pile of diamonds... oh, here it is!" You could also have a super-smelter utilitile or something more boring than diamond flexing rooms. Idk.

this is literally the exact idea i had when i first played with this mod but i wasnt able to figure out how to make it work, amazing that you did! I tried to do it flush against a wall in an underground base sort of thing where you could cycle between rooms
