(Yes, the door should soon be painted green as the rest). The safe is completely made by my self, this is my light 300kg (660 lbs) version of the Swedish army safes (seen at 4:50) which weigh over a ton (above 2200 lbs).
I have some suggestions for improving this safe: Adding some kind of coarse and hard sand blasting media to the concrete mix would enhance the anti-drill capabilities. The door could possibly benefit from a similar technique by adding abrasive media to epoxy. Coating the inside and outside of the safe with intumescent paint should improve fire resistance of the safe. A high temperature gasket on the door is needed to save fragile contents from any water used to douse a safe engulfed in fire.
@@Bluezero75 I agree with you Herr Bluezero. Like an airbag, delays time saving a humans life, best safe and vault designs are built best when fitted (engineered) with consuming as much time as possible to access the contents, lawfully or unlawfully.

Do you have any schematics of how the locking bars are actuated when the "T" tool is rotated? I have a 3 number dial lock (very heavy duty) that I would like to incorporate into a safe. I'm not sure how to arrange everything so it meshes with the lock bolt.
I absolutely love your work I'm building a safe at the moment and basing my lock mechamism off yours. I can't find any schematics for that style of lock. does the main moving disk just float freely? I would have thought it would be too heavy and there would be too much friction for it to move that easily. also, how do you stop the bare metal from rusting? any Tips would be much appreciated!!
Thank you! No, i guess you cant find some blueprints because its "home made" by me ;). Yes, the main rotating disc floats freely inside the retainer housing, and also has a thick back plate which both centers it and keeps it in place. The mechanism is only soaked in gease which is ok for rust protection. If you are a bit hard core, make it out of stainless.

Well, this is Sweden. I am forbidden by law to store firearms in it, until the safe is tested at a facillity anyways. Even if this would be a safer option for storage than some cheapo Gun safe.
Sorry, they are extremely hard to get by. Therefore i made my own replica. Even if you get the real deal, the shipping would be so crazy it wouldnt be possible to ship it outside the borders very easily..

This is amazing I'd love to buy this. Do they sell them. And I like the red door with green body. I want it so badly even the handles on the door look cool.
