Falukorv with Creamed macaroni Recipe:
1 liter of milk (3%)
100 gram Butter
5 cup macaroni
1/2 teaspoon salt
White pepper
Nutmeg
Falukorv med stuvade makaroner recept :
1 l mjölk (3 %)
5 dl makaroner
1/2 tsk salt
Vitpeppar
Muskotnöt

If you want to nerd out on Swedish geography, Falun is not in northern Sweden, just north of where most people live. But the sausage is good anyway.

A tip add a little sugar in the sauce just so u get a tiny tiny sweetness at the end. And ketchup ontop when u eat it is so good.

The goal atm is to fill this channel with 80 % Swedish food, and 20 % food that i want to try and show you guys :) Atm im craving some authentic Thai food, so i think there will be a "authentic Thai food" video next. @@FoodwithViktor Glad to hear that. I want to try to cook more Swedish dishes. Also I thought that it'd be great if you can put the recipes in the description both in English and Swedish. One more thing. I'd love to see a video to help me navigate the typical dairy products found in supermarkets in Sweden. I still struggle to know for sure the the equivalent of heavy cream, buttermilk, sour cream, etc :)

När du gör redningen så borde du ej göra den så klumpig innan du lägger i mjölken. Det ger större chans till mjöl klumpar.

Good question! I think you need to do some research, maybe there are some swedish shops in a town close by? Or ask you butcher! 🙂

@@FoodwithViktor Amazon and some other online stores sell Lars Own Falukorv. Amazon charges about $34 for two 1.28 lbs packages, with free shipping. I have seen it a bit cheaper elsewhere, but with $7 charge for perishable food. Not sure if that is in addition to regular shipping charges.
