For those who want to try it Ingredients : Batter (2 serving) : - 2 dl flour - 2 eggs - 4 dl milk - a lil salt - butter - jam - no nuttela okay? Steps : - combine all batter ingredients, whisk until nice and even - heat the pan - spread out butter to the pan - pour the batter to the center of the pan. Not too thicc okay? - cook gang - flip gang - serve with jam and drink milk ;)

For sour milk you can add lemon juice or vinegar to it or you can let milk sit overnight. You can also try buttermilk which is what people usually use in the recipes where sour milk is substituted idk how similar the taste would be
