I’m in recovery and have lived in a similar type of place with other recovering addicts. It was some of the best times of my life. I miss those guys sometimes.
I have felt for a long time that Johnny Knoxville is capable of doing dramatic roles, and I am glad to see him appear in a film that allows him to flex his dramatic abilities while still having some laughs too.
That was the role that showed me his dramatic abilities, but it was a comedic hidden camera prank film. This is more of a serious mainstream dramatic film, with humor added to it.@@JohnnyCertex
4 months sober,Working the program and living in a sober house waiting for April to come so we can start our sober softball league.Awesome looking movie.
Good for you stay on that path friend ! Ive been clean for a while now I don’t count days anymore but I found the program doesn’t work for me lol I had to go to like 15 rehabs and detox’s lol
I’m looking forward to seeing this. I love movies that have a message. Even though it is a movie, it still shows that you can face your addictions, get help and help others.
Johnny Knoxville is whit out a doubt one of the most underrated actors anywhere. We all know his crazy stunts and comedy, but his heart wrenching dramatic capability's will blow your socks off. 😪🥰
Knoxville, Theo, and most importantly Bobby Lee… the possible 3 most inspiring and funniest men in my life no joke. Hopefully after seeing this film I can take after them and get my drinking a bit under control. But I can’t wait for this film.
This is how you make a present day comedy - you grab the best comics - throw them in a situation with heart, adversity and give a heart warming story. Stupid comedy hasn't been "in" in a while - this looks to have some guts behind it.
As someone who went to my first AA meeting a few months ago and a longtime fan of alot of these ppl(cant belive dumbfounddead is in this) i went a little teary eyed. It prob sounds silly. But the universe wants me to see more of these types of content. That or the google Algorithm just realised Im a full blown alcoholic.
