The internet was actually made to enslave mankind and usher in the merging of man with machine, and porn is one of the early parts of that enslavement process. That’s why I quit it.
If I had a dollar for every time someone comments this on a queen video I’d have enough money to buy all of the copyright to queens music and make them all have soft piano music playing on the background
honestly if someone told me that something like that happened. i would probably believe them. their bassist once got so drunk he put his hand through a plate glass window and had to play with stitches in his hand for the rest of the tour.
@@brennankelley4932 I was at the show in Hamburg December 1974 when they supported Queen, then again when they supported the Rolling Stones at Knebworth festival in England.
The first time I heard this I spontaneously grew a mullet and chest hair a budweiser miraculously opened in my hand and tears of the deepest red white and blue streamed down my face as an eagle carried me into the sunset
POV: you're at a lynard skynard concert and the vocalist lost his voice. They call Freddie to ask for his help. He says "I don't know your songs, but I'll make it work."
When I heard this a cup of tea appeared in my right hand and beer on the left and with a plate of southern fried chicken in front of me while in a date with the queen of England..
It's funny because these two bands hated each other. Roger Taylor made a, "shouldn't speak ill of the dead," comment when asked about a show they both played.
This is the most American thing I’ve heard in my life. Edit: The amount of people who don’t know what I mean is /fucking staggering./ Edit two: It's because they sound so similar so they blend together very well and because this song is the meme of 'Merica personified, that's why it's the most American thing I've ever heard. None of you got the point. Thirty five of you didn't get the message. Holy sweet moonwalking Christ.
I can just imagine the music video for this: The tour bus for Queen breaks down somewhere in Alabama. While the bus is getting fixed, Freddie Mercury decides to visit a small country bar where he flirts with a fat bottom girl who's already dating Ronnie Van Zant. Ronnie gets mad and chases after him. Hi jinks ensue when the other members of Queen come to rescue Freddie as they and the other members of Lynyrd Skynyrd engage in a Dukes of Hazard style car chase.. It ends with both bands on stage performing together.
"...Ronnie gets mad and chases after him. Hi jinks ensue when the other members of Queen come to rescue Freddie..." and they find him banging Ronnie in the bathroom.
Being an Alabama native, and a massive Queen fan, I approve of this. Just imagine this being played live, and hearing "Roll tide roll!" in the audience! That'd be pretty sick (although I'm an Auburn fan)
Ive seen a lot of mashups because of how hilariously awesome I found them such as Back in Black mixed with Stayin' Alive or Imagine mixed with Jump. But this cover is just purely good. It isnt funny, its just great. Well done
1. Crack a beer. 2. Play this over the stadium sound system on the Third Week in October when the game is in Knoxville. 3. Watch an absolute brawl break out in the stands when 'Bama fans figure out how badly they've been insulted. 4. Enjoy.
Steve For sure! I'll check it out in a bit. Working on a mashup right now. Feel free to check out my stuff if you'd like! www.soundcloud.com/czechquors
Ever since I first heard Fat Bottom Girls I always mistake the intro of it to Sweet Home Alabama. I’m happy they actually go together better than I thought lmao
I love this one so much, cause it sounds more like a collab, not just a mashup. Especially the intro, it feels like it's letting the two songs be introduced, then mixed together throughout.
@@manuelmdemarco yeah I would love to live in the 1960s too, when vaccines weren't widespread, apartheid was rampant, Gay marriage was illegal, and the looming threat of nuclear annihilation hung over my shoulder. But yeah it would be cool to listen to the Beatles in a less optimal way of listening compared to streaming today
I never knew I needed this; I'm still not sure. But I have ideas like this all the time in my daily life...I mash up songs...it just comes to me. But I don't have the gumption or skill to actually make it, and you did. This was really well done, thanks so much!
The two intros are perfect together and the backing of Sweet home Alabama is perfect with Fat Bottom Girls! Your mashups are read my soul! Thank you! My musical soul is satisfied!
