Timing is fine, but since the music is solely RAtM it's hardly a mashup. Only vocals from "Bad Moon" are added; it works fine, but not terribly impressive. C+ IMO

The tension in places where it feels like it's coming apart (doesn't work) is delicious. Fogerty's vocals on Morello's riffs are like de-laminated plywood. It's amazing/horrible; I can't get enough of it!
I don't know how to explain it but THIS is what grunge is going to sound like when it's reborn. Even the lyrics will follow this kind of setup. A nasty cross between soul revival and 90's punk. It'll be glorious.

The concept of 2 heavily political bands, and songs, is extremely powerful. While the dissonance in the beatmatching gets akward. Then smooths it out, it connects on multiple levels. Very intelligent!
The best part is when you just see CCR standing there all happy playing and you can just hear the angry RATM music in the background! looks very funny! :D
@@beemelonhead1 Tom Morello wears his guitar abnormally high. The joke was in reference to the possibility that it may be higher than a violin (which is usually played near one's shoulder). The exaggeration of the position in which the instrument is played was the basis for the humor that was conveyed by my statement. I can see that this is a complex comical concept to comprehend by some.
The eerie feel of it comes from the rage song being in d minor while bad moon is in d major. Fogerty is basically singing in D major over music that is d minor. It’d be genius if you had cleaned up the timing. Fogertys verses could have been sliced and moved just a touch in some spots and it would be rhythmically “on beat” the whole way. Not sure why he didn’t take the extra hour to do this. Either way, i CANNOT stop listening to it.
Killing in the name of used mostly d major as well but it’s coming from a non root position, in addition to this , the melody line of the vocals is on what is called “contrary motion” to the riff in the verse. Even the fills morello uses up the neck are major fills.
Is it just me, or has this mashup taken on a whole new meaning in the last few weeks/months that didn’t exist before??? May everyone out there be safe from the incoming storm, and most of all, be FREE!!!!

Its a little creepy it sounds like some one would be playing this while they are sharpening a knife to come slit your throat or some weird shit but i love it
