Well, Chef Jenn, this review may be a lot shorter. Although I am certain that this is a decent recipe, I would NOT even desire to make it! Why? BECAUSE I DO NOT LIKE MACARONI SALAD!!! I never have. I don’t eat it from restaurants or anywhere for that matter. I pretty much despise it (Mama loved it, and it was one of her favorites). I must admit that your preparation seemed simple enough. Well, Jenn, this is a pass from me. Those that enjoy this type of salad have a good recipe to try. However, it won’t be crossing my lips. BTW- I got the joke and I smiled. @@malsker0306 - Yeah, I am not a big fan of vinegar. I just never have been. Cold pasta as a chilled salad is just not by cup of tea. I just don’t like the taste of it. I probably never will. Don’t get me wrong, I am sure that this recipe is the bomb. However, it’s just one that doesn’t fit my taste. Oh, well! Peace.
