I'll leave out the garlic and I will be just fine ❤ I finally have a recipe that's not all about the garlic and focuses on textures , " other " flavors ,of the cheese wheel options ( Colby Jack?) Pepper jack , besides nacho . And SW EET POTATOES vs. chips is a great option over the empty calories of chips . It truly is a meal ❤
Looks great--love potatoes! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and choline and lead in eggs and the igf-1 and pesticides in meat. Thank you for sharing
Yeah, I'm going to try this with crumbled tempeh, or maybe just beans. I love black beans and sweet potatoes together with chili/cumin etc. flavorings and they're the basis of several meals I make regularly.

You don’t necessarily need to preheat your oven when you’re roasting sweet potatoes. Americas Test Kitchen figured out that the slower they cook, the more of their sugars are drawn out.
I love you have for Carson. You csn mix a tiny hit of white over time. I did the same thing for my niece. They love All cheeses now. I put what cheese I wanted them to try and put the only cheese they would eat. You got this!
I also grew up with a gas stove. I have had an electric stove, since I got married in 1989. I would rather be able to control temps with gas. What are your thoughts? An idea about needs for people . I know people who get an on-the-counter gas stove but I don't want to have a million appliances. I respect your opinion. Please! Help!
