Thank you, these turned out great! They were fluffy, soft and not overly sweet. I am so glad I took your advice to cut the sweet potatoes with white potatoes. I think that made a big difference. I even substituted 1/4 cup of the sweet potatoes with some pumpkin puree and it gave it a great earthy flavor without it turning out too 'sugary'. I would make these again for sure! Your videos are so helpful by the way. Thank you so much for explaining the reasons behind why you are using certain methods, it helps a lot! :)

I made these for dinner last Sunday and it was wonderful! I halved the recipe since there was only 2 of us eating and it was pretty easy! The brown butter sage sauce is simple but could pack more flavor, I’d love to try a vodka sauce next time! Thank you Laura!

I made sweet potato gnocchi's yesterday and they were so good. I only used sweet potatoes, yellow potatoes and flour because of allergies and the still turned out great I just upped the amount of flour.

If you use an alcohol other than red wine, please tell us in what measure we can substitute red wine for whatever alcohol like rum or brandy you are using (I have only red wine on hand).

Laura thank you so so much for this recipe. Years ago before my grandma passed away she taught me how to make gnocchi. I tried to make it a couple of years ago and ruined them, they did not come out good. I was so upset because I didn't know why and my grandma had passed so I couldn't ask her. Now I know why! I over mixed the potatoes in the mixer and they became like glue :( I'm definitely going to try your method Thanks again! I've been wanting to make gnocchi but dreading that I might ruin them again; can't wait to try your way! XOXO

Hi Laura, can I use wholegrain flour instead of regular flour? Or at least replace regular flour partially? I don't mind a different flavour from wholegrain flour but I wouldn't like to spoil the texture - will it happen?
Hey Laura! question,,, I'm super duper allergic to dairy so I have to skip the cheese... is there anything else I could put instead? or maybe even just leave it out? I guess that would change the texture though :/

OMGOSH Laura, Gnocchi are my favorite, I love making them but with my family it takes me hours to make enough and then it's devoured in 5 seconds.. but you have inspired me to make the sweet potato gnocchi, so I just jumped on ebay and bought an Gnocchi board.. I always used the fork method but the board looks so much easier and faster.. Buon Apetito :D
Hey Laura! It looks to me as if your hair is thinning on the areas closest to your forehead. A quick remedy for that is the juice of a ginger, it invigorates hair growth and your thinning areas will start growing hair more and more and also if you have any white hairs, then they will turn your natural hair color. Hope this helps!!!!!1 :)
no problem im glad to help, but just make sure that ur skin isnt too sensitive to it so try a test patch and keep diluting it with water until ur fine with it. MUCH LOVE

Sweet potato noodles with a buttery sauce made with diced tomatoes, sage, oregano and olives... Hummm... Will think about this further... Thanks for the inspiration to play with my food. ;)
