sweet potato latte?!! 

I make this all the time I roast mine and I use dates which I soaked in water and keep in the fridge. The infused date water is always sweet for me 3 days is as sweet as I need it. You can also use the pulp of the dates if you are into texture, date pulp can also be thinned out. I use allspice instead of cinnamon and sometimes a little bite of black pepper to taste.
