🍠 Potato and Coconut Soup INGREDIENTS:
👉 3 Sweet potatoes
👉 2 White onion
👉 3 cloves Garlic
👉 1 tsp Curry madras
👉 10 g Bouillon ( Gluten free )
👉 200 ml Coconut milk
👉 Olive oil
👉 Pepper
📋 Sweet Potato Soup INSTRUCTIONS:
👉 Cut the white onion and the garlic. Peel the sweet potato and cut it in slices.
👉 First add the onion and garlic to the cooking pot and caramelize it. When it's caramelized you can add the sweet potato. Bake this for another 2 minutes. Now you can add the curry madras and mix this.
👉 Add 1 liter water and 10 grams of bouillon. Let it boil for 10 minutes.
👉 After 10 minutes take it off the stove and add the coconut milk. Blend it till smooth.
