Just finished binging all s3 and my tear ducts have gone through a very thorough clean in the process. Can't remember the last show that made me cry this much!
Perfect ending. They bring the comic accurate scene! I was grinning when I saw this scene. I knew it old Gus is the narrator for the whole time!! Also a bit surprised Big Man didn’t die. But a welcoming change from the comics.
He did actually die if you pay attention big man asked him to tell a story as he was dying on the mountain he told his granddaughter that he keeps him alive in his stories but if you pay attention to the flashbacks ofwthen they met back up with the other kids he’s not in any of them for a reason, bc he died on that mountain but Gus still keeps him alive in his stories. But I also believe they wrote it so that it’s left up for interpretation. Believing he lived is a nicer ending but context clues tell me that he died.
@@jazz19198 You are right, but I still like to think that Big man survived because Gus loses everybody, His Dad, Mom and then Big man. its not fair for him. But life is not fair for anyone so ....
Far from perfect. Bad writing fever happened around the end. Birdie saved Jep for him to die anyway, making it pointless. And yes, he did die. The writers confirm it. Look up the interview.
3:16 if you ask me. Looking at Dr. Singh holding Gus’ Antler also gives me hope. He dies holding it after selflessly Saving Gus. Yes he is a flawed man, and it true that the majority of human-kind is Flawed. But regardless, Dr.Singh is still a Good person, and just as the Tree was able to create the Hybrids, I think it too can bring back humans. Maybe not at the moment, but one day it will once the Tree fully matures.
Season 3 episode 7-8 too many plot contrivances! e.g., Fox girl easily gets the clicker even though the wolves surround Rosie at all times, Jeppard easily finds Gus in the Caribou man's house, Zingh and Dr. Singh easily find the cave, the survivors decide it's the best move to take harpoon guns to try and stop a 10-ton machine instead of the guns laying on the floor, all the antagonist easily enter the cave and pass by the blue flowers that give the sickness only showing that they used fire at the end to clear the tunnels not originally to get thru, and they passed by the ice and water without incident, and everyone easily escaped without any falling into said water. Annoying and lazy writing. Not to mention Dr. Singh was like 10 feet away from stabbing Gus when Birdie and Big Man had enough time to get in between Gus and he somehow stabbed her. That was dumb. Then he's given another chance which just plays up the drama and drags it out even more. By the second time, Zingh would have just grabbed the knife and said, "I'll do it myself!" And what is this with two guys easily able to hold down Big Man? They do it a bunch of times but more in these last two episodes. All of that just takes me out of the season and ruins the finale IMO.
Lol, I love this show, but was thinking the same thing. I think that Zhang's team found the caves so easily because they were just following Gus. Also, Zhang said, "Thanks for leading the way". The survivors used harpoons probably because it was easier to cut through the fuel tank. Idk how the Fox girl got the clicker so easily, but they did imply that she's good st stealing and there are many secret passages.
Whyyyyy the hell did Big Man not take down those elderly folk for the supplies?? And somehow they all survive an avalanche?? The writing is so laughable sometimes 😕

So after everything gus went threw the story was good but i have some questions First off The purple flowers in the back of my mind i thought they were the cure but still was not explain to much Second What happen to jepp wife and son since she died how did the last men find her skeleton and his son did the last men experiment on him? Was he raise by human family? Did he live in alaska as well? I need answers!

It Already Sounded like Cult with You are Force to be Branded in order to join their so-called Club. I get that The Government Fell apart, but Was there Really No OTHER WAY?!
