Can we discuss how a boy(Gus) wraps, ties, carries(sometimes up entire sets of stairs) and tosses overboard like 20 dead bodies in the whale boat episode? Wtf?
@Anvixo

According to that girl who didn't get in, it was completely filled, it was way more than 20 bodies!
@goldyd144
@goldyd144 3 месяца назад
@@Anvixo No, it was 20. The crew and passengers were throwing bodies overboard when they died until the remaining 20 passengers were left with the Sick. The rest of the passengers chose to die in their rooms, with Darwin as the one who lasted the longest.

I thought the same thing Gus weighs like 75lbs 80max there is no way he would be able to pick up a full grown adult body. Most adults would have had difficulty let alone a child. This was the most unbelievable part of the whole show.

The whole point seems off to me. Humans are bad because they are too violent/cruel. So let's fix it by making hybrids that are essentially humans with all the same faults. Also animals are cruel, they do kill for fun/sport(ex.Orcas) and even sometime rape(ex.Ducks). The fix for Earth was population control not hybrids. This series is basically a ad for Thanos being right.

I think the tree was reborn in fire. The vibe I got was like when Thacker did what he did with that ax, the “blood of the earth” was poisoned, and so when he set it on fire the poison was eradicated, but because of the significance of the tree it had to reborn and since the hybrids is the new way of life his antler was the trunk of the new tree. I wish I had better words but I think that’s what they were going for. I was as well super worried when he burned the tree, I personally did not want the hybrids to end😂

You know the plant that started growing on Gus antlers I think that it will grow back into the tree

I love how good the ending turned out. I was worried for a second and hated Gus for doing what he did, but not anymore. Been a while since a show made me cry that much

Good show with a good ending! Was Jepp really there with Sweet Tooth at the end? Or was that just him wishing for that?

A tree born from a hybrid….so is the tree a hybrid?

Okay, hate may be a strong word but him burning down the tree, didn't sit well for me. I thought he put an end to all hybrids there but he luckily didn't. I'm still kinda sad about it burned down but there's apparently a new one growing out of Gus antler?

Yeah I didn’t like it either. That’s such a destructive way to go about it, how is burning it the correct choice but stabbing the tree is wrong? I don’t get the logic
@danielramsey6141
@danielramsey6141 3 месяца назад
@@soulcatproductions Depends on what people consider Logical… I mean, it’s a damn Antler Tree. And some Some Random Jackass comes around with an Axe, chopping into it. It’s obvious that Logic isn’t going to fit in when you have Morons trying to control nature. Compared to when you think of Fire. What does Fire Represent? It’s seen as actual to Nature. Especially when you look at what Fire can do from a Scientific perspective. Volcanos actually Have a Mixture of Melted Earth and Minerals used to form up Mountains, Islands, and even create vegetation! Fire Also has been known to cause Trees to Germinate/accelerate growth Quicker! It can destroy Germs, it can even cure wounds (if you know what you’re doing), and has been a symbol of Religious Stories and Myths! So Why NoT have Fire to Be the Cure to the Sick! Especially when it destroys the Sap that the Tree Makes!
@edenilson1423
@edenilson1423 Месяц назад
@@soulcatproductionsthe sap caused the illness, burning the tree disrupted the illness from affecting anyone else, hybrids were always going to be born no matter what.

That’s my question as well. Maybe it’s more of a curse and the ooze is a physical representation of it, but then if it was a curse why didn’t it just take out all of humanity the first time? Maybe so that hybrids could in fact be born but idk I went back and forth on it. But yes the ending was so beautifully done, very proud of Robert Downey jr for his work on this(:

It's like gus father said nature will always have a way to survive even if it's burnt down and gus is horn at the end was a symbol to show nature will always return when the sampling grew from gus horn

Nah, I honestly hated season 3, birdie, birdie, birdie. 3 seasons I hear about Birdie, gets killed off in the first hour of screen time with gus, and offers absolutely no value.

I feel like this show got a little too depressing for me to stay engaged. Like I couldn't really feel it or care much toward the end because so much bad things happened
