Thanks for all your knowledge that you always share with us! And I caught my PB 8-12oz using a Texas rig and running it on bottom like the wobble head. I ran it a long ways and would stop it for a couple of seconds and take off again. But it worked for me. Going with a wobble head next trip out. Thanks again

I've made it a point that this year I'm going switch up from a football jig with a wobble-head from time to time. I'm wondering if the more compact and streamlined presentation of a wobble head can more of those tough bites on the pressured waters around here.

I would add a split ring. It will give you more movement and help with not giving them leverage to throw the weight. Better yet use a Gika,Jika rig. Way better than a wobble head in my opinion.

Wobble head is a great way to Tackle the bigger Bass. Had great success on 3/4oz with Adrenalin craw trailer in black / blue . Just chuck and wind

You don't need a rocky bottom for the wobble head. It works great on a soft bottom too.

Steve try a Gika/Jika rig instead. Last year I sent you all the terminal tackle and hooks to make your own killer rigs. Way better than a bobblehead in my opinion and you can change out hooks and weights on the fly.

@@SteveRogersOutdoors awesome! You will find it's way more versatile than the wobble head. I have tried those striking heads with the removable hook. They never seem to hold up too well against big fish. The great thing about The Jika rig is you can change out any way you want and any hook you want. You can use a pencil, weight casting type weight or you can also use a teardrop weight.
